I actually don't like dlc very much, unless it's done properly and most of the time it isn't
I got the dlc for mario kart because it's pretty much half a game for $11 imo that's dlc done the right way 16 extra tracks along with new characters and karts
Dark souls had some decent dlc also
Games that come out today and already have dlc two weeks later makes me not want to even get the game

@WARDIE yeah I hate cheap deaths and that's not what I wanted to hear, I'm definitely interested in your feedback about the game, I'm a huge souls fan and like you I've been gaming for over 30 years
This would be a huge let down again for me this generation if bloodborne didn't deliver

@WARDIE sounds to me like you rage quit lol
I'm definitely getting bloodborne and judge for myself, I'm sure it's a game that takes getting use to just like the rest of their games realize you can't play it like the souls games and to me that's a good thing I want to be challenged again, we'll see but I hope I don't get let down. I really wish they would revive the kings field games! I know I said that before to many times on this site, I guess it's just wishful thinking

@Bad-MuthaAdebis the Witcher 2 is imo a masterpiece
Skyrim on pc is excellent on ps3 not so much glitch fest
I'm a huge fan of the elder scrolls games especially morrowind, elder scrolls online for some reason got boring to me fast and felt off I didn't like it but then again I haven't found one mmo that can hold my attention very long, maybe that's the problem

@MikeMikey I've been a gamer too for a very long time probably around 31 years now since I was five
I love the fact with games like destiny you can play online don't get me wrong but I think and would appreciate if a game like the division had an complete offline mode like borderlands
10 or so years from now I still would want to play my games like I still play NES games and always will, can't do that with games like this who's to say how long they'll support it

@xMEADx but that's why I'm crying because the game looks so good but this one thing is a deal breaker, I have to much to rely on my Internet connection their server what if my Internet goes out as sometimes it does on rainy days perfect for playing games but I'll just be stuck with a $60 piece of plastic
I just complain because I'm passionate about gaming that's all

@Subie98 but it's a fact of life according to some people :(
You must own ps+ and have Internet connection to stay relevant in the digital age!
I might as well go trade in shadow of mordor and my 100s of single player games I have because it's just not cool anymore
Edit: oh and sign up for a lifetime worth of ps+ we all know those games will be around forever

@xMEADx the thing is dude like many others the reason why we are complaining is because a game you can play single player alone like this one from what Sammy said shouldn't force you to connect to the Internet, what's the point of that? If you don't see that as an issue then I don't know what else to tell you this isn't an mmo
They have a single player campaign but force an Internet connection that's a huge problem and if that's the future of gaming I'll find another hobby
The thing is destiny would have no doubt got more sales if it weren't for that I'm one of them and I'm sure probably millions more I'm also sure that's one huge reason why x1 isn't selling to we'll because of the drm bull they tried to pull on people, folks gave Sony a standing ovation for not including a mandatory Internet connection
Lol yeah let's not worry to much about spelling as long as I get my point across :p
Edit: I think I got it fixed that was pretty bad lol

@rjejr yes but as far as I know your saved game saves are separate so if you buy physical like I do you can just delete the game when you're done and re install when you want to play again, you can play games as its installing
So I don't see this being a big issue like I originally thought

@xMEADx that's a very bleak future you got there, online only is horrible! While you think online is pushing the gaming industry forward I think it's holding it back not everyone wants to play online for me most of the time I hate it with the exception of rare occasions, I play games to get away from reality and people if I want to be around people I'll go somewhere with my friends
innovation pushes the industry forward! And there's nothing innovative about online only drm what's next you gonna come here and tell us how innovative micro transactions are?

LDXD commented on Interview: Will Tom Clancy's The Division Deli...:

I guess the industry doesn't care that not everyone has a good Internet connection or trust their servers?
I'm not getting any game that forces drm like this every game should have some sort of single player drm free campaign

@McSterls cool man thanks, also who's your Internet provider and what speed
I'm worried now about streaming ps4 games because it's one of the main reasons I got this thing mine is iffy sometimes I have problems streaming Netflix on rare occasions

@McSterls steaming from the ps4 is sluggish even with a hardwired connection? That doesn't sound good
Did you play any vita games on it yet? CNET claims that there is a slight delay which makes some games a pain, I hope this isn't the case
I haven't had a chance to use it yet, very busy work week and so much to do this weekend I don't know when I'm gonna get the chance

@get2sammyb thanks for the response, so I take it they are both equally good and aggravating
I will more than likely pick up alien because I'm in love with that universe. I'll get this later, hopefully I still have hair after all this if not I'll post a pic of me ripping it out

Picking this up today! My only complaint would be for the stupid memory cards and the prices are ridiculous!
This should come with no less than 8 gigs of internal memory
Looks like I'll be off to Walmart when I get a chance

@Bad-MuthaAdebis yeah seems like so far most games should have probably stayed last Gen oh and I agree about the freezing bolt weapons seems out of place in a game like this a few guns I don't mind but I'm still more than likely going to get this when it's very cheap

LDXD commented on Review: The Evil Within (PlayStation 4):

The main thing that might bother me is the unfair difficulty spikes, I love a fair challenge no doubt I mean the souls series is one of my favorites but I don't like when a game is hard especially all of a sudden just for the sake of being so, also the technical issues... what a shame
Also like others have mentioned this looks more like a ps3 game and I may pick this up for my ps3 when it's $20 as I don't want to miss out on this entirely.

@General_Spiller not to speak for the dude but if I remember I don't think Sammy ever liked borderlands
As for me I've played BL2 on the 360 with family had a blast I won't get this for ps3 because I have no friends on it :(
To bad this isn't out for ps4 I have a cousin and a brother that now own that system
I have a feeling it may get ported anyway

@Wesker same can be said for gta all of them none of them have good shooting mechanics and don't get me started on melee combat or the annoying and or boring characters and story
Sleeping dogs kills gta in story and characters and fighting
And let's not mention gta had since the ps2 days to improve those features and they are still garbage

@JaxonH hmm I think of this as being a smaller gta with better combat you can learn different moves at the dojo with an excellent story not once did I get bored playing it, like I do with most every gta , the game has great pacing. I definitely think it's a must play might wanna look into it later when the price drops for sure
Edit: lol now I see all the folks tell you how good the game is including Sammy, we all can't be wrong, could we ?

@Alpha I'm in the US but I was always taught Canada and Mexico was part of North America which technically it is, I know when most people think of America they think US tho
I know who cares right? Lol don't know why I even jumped off topic anyway
