Fangs a lot
If you still have your PS3 kicking around, you might want to take advantage of a freebie that's been spotted in the Sale of the Dead Halloween offer on the US PlayStation Store. inFAMOUS: Festival of Blood can be picked up for zero cents if you're a PlayStation Plus member, so if you've never had the chance to play it, now's the time...
Plus an Uncharted: Golden Abyss PS4 remaster
Game Informer's month of coverage on Days Gone is drawing to a close with one last video interview, in which a trio of Sony Bend devs answer reader-submitted questions. It's definitely worth a watch for anyone wondering about framerate, cut-scenes, and other small details about the open world title...
Republished on Wednesday 30th August 2017: We're bringing this review back from the archives following the announcement of September's PlayStation Plus lineup. The original text follows. Sucker Punch’s primary superpower is its ability to craft compelling connections through the controller. inFAMOUS: Second Son...
While most of the games patched for the PlayStation 4 Pro focus on offering better resolutions, inFAMOUS: Second Son is one such title that lets you toggle between image quality and framerate. In this video, we show how Sucker Punch's popular PS4 exclusive is able to run at a near-locked 60 frames-per-second on Sony's supercharged hardware,...
Dels-in the house
Even a couple of years after its original release, inFAMOUS: Second Son remains one of the prettier titles on the PlayStation 4. And it's about to get that little bit more beautiful, as Sucker Punch has just released the title's promised PlayStation 4 Pro patch. Weighing in at 3.6GB, the update brings 4K resolution support and...
But like we say, it's fake
As we've written a couple of times now, there's no reason to believe that Sucker Punch is making a Spider-Man game other than the fact that it sounds like a match made in Marvel heaven. But that's not stopped people from losing their minds over a fake Amazon screenshot which was posted by
Watching your every move
Sony first-party Sucker Punch has taken another step towards PlayStation production powerhouse status, as it's just added the finishing touches to its own internal motion capture studio. Billy Harper, who's the Character and Cinematic Supervisor at the company, revealed the tidbit on Twitter, after taking photographs of...
Light up, light up
Kratos isn't the only PlayStation protagonist blowing out birthday candles this weekend, as Delsin Rowe also turns the ripe old age of one today. To celebrate inFAMOUS: Second Son's anniversary, developer Sucker Punch has taken to the PlayStation Blog to deploy a metric ton of goodies, including ringtones, avatars, and various...
Crushed like concrete
Sucker Punch's sublime superhero sandbox inFAMOUS: Second Son is available at a low, low price on the European PlayStation Store this week. In an attempt to take advantage of inFAMOUS: First Light's spell in the Instant Game Collection, platform holder Sony has announced that you can pick up Delsin Rowe's next-gen escapade for...
Naughty Dog apparently nixed new Uncharted, too
In an interview at GamesCom over a year ago, Sucker Punch veteran Nate Fox seemed to suggest that an inFAMOUS game was in production for the PlayStation Vita. Now, as part of a sequence of posts on Reddit, ex-Sony
Few games feel quite like inFAMOUS: Second Son. We forgive Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption the odd controller quirk because their sandboxes are so sizeable that they mask any shortcomings, but delicately guiding the dextrous Delsin 'Too Cool for School' Rowe through the dreary districts of Seattle is this PlayStation 4...
It’s been a little while since inFAMOUS: Second Son sprinted onto the PlayStation 4 and dazzled us with its neon effects, and as such, following the release of spin-off inFAMOUS: First Light, it seems that Seattle-based studio Sucker Punch is finally starting to think about its next PlayStation 4 project. A new job listing on the...
The problem with inFAMOUS: Second Son was that it ended too quickly: Sucker Punch’s supercharged pseudo sequel was over in a flash, leaving many of its fans wanting more. inFAMOUS: First Light attempts to solve that problem, recharging with a new playable character, storyline, and some fresh powers – but does it burn brightly, or...
Studio struck by round of redundancies
Sucker Punch’s sizeable superhero spin-off inFAMOUS: First Light may be mere days away from its debut on the PlayStation 4, but the Seattle-based studio has been struck by a fresh round of layoffs behind the scenes. There’s no word on how many have departed the firm, but Sony has confirmed that there’s...
Curdun Cay is kinda cra'y
inFAMOUS: First Light may not be attaining quite the same publicity as Sony’s other first-party titles right now, but it sounds like a seriously meaty slice of side content. In addition to a four hour single player campaign that plots the return of street savvy conduit Fetch, it will also boast Battle Arenas with a...
inFAMOUS: First Light’s pink haired protagonist Abigail ‘Fetch’ Walker will light up store shelves in September, as Sony has confirmed that Sucker Punch’s standalone expansion pack will be receiving a retail release. The Blu-ray version will zap European outlets on 10th September, which is a couple of weeks later than its...
Console warrior's uniform
Gaming clothes can be awfully geeky, but British tailor Insert Coin has made it its mission to produce a selection of trendy threads based upon our favourite pastime – all of which, you could actually wear on a night out. And as part of its ongoing partnership with PlayStation, the clothing line has added a couple of new...
Shine on forever
If you've been eagerly waiting on an ETA for inFAMOUS: Second Son's first big slice of downloadable content, you're in luck, as the PlayStation Store's slapped a release date on the cleverly named inFAMOUS: First Light's pre-order page. The add-on, which puts you in the shoes of spunky conduit Fetch, will supposedly be available...
Bright and beautiful
PlayStation 4 spin-off inFAMOUS: First Light was always going to get a little overshadowed by the likes of Bloodborne and LittleBigPlanet 3, but that doesn’t mean that the standalone expansion isn’t shaping up extremely nicely indeed. The title aims to depict pink-haired protagonist Abigail ‘Fetch’ Walker’s...
While plenty of developers try to trick consumers with less than authentic screenshots, first-party outfit Sucker Punch has been pretty upfront about its superhero sequel since it was announced last year. Indeed, inFAMOUS: Second Son is arguably the best looking game available on the PlayStation 4 right now, and having sampled the slew of...
If you’re anything like us, you’ve probably been spending the last few days fiddling about with inFAMOUS: Second Son’s recently implemented picture mode in order to create magnificent artistic masterpieces. The strangely addictive feature offers a great way of appreciating the superhero sim’s gorgeous visuals. What’s...
"I smell bullshots"
Publishers are known for faking screenshots in order to paint their games in the best possible light, but there’s nothing bogus about the slew of inFAMOUS: Second Son pictures that are about to hit the web. As promised, Sucker Punch has released the superhero sequel’s latest patch today, and it’s already shaken some...
Unleash your inner Peter Parker
Sucker Punch’s superhero sequel inFAMOUS: Second Son is an outrageously attractive game, and you’ll be able to prove just how picturesque the streets of Seattle are as part of the package’s brand new patch. Set to release sometime tomorrow, the new Photo Mode will allow you to create custom screenshots from the...
In just nine days
Xbox One semi-exclusive Titanfall may have been the biggest release in March, but that’s not stopped inFAMOUS: Second Son from dropping a smoke bomb at retail. Sony has revealed that the PlayStation 4 exclusive surpassed one million sales within nine days of its release, making it by far the fastest selling entry in Sucker...
Fan requested features on the way
Unlike other open world titles, inFAMOUS: Second Son doesn’t feature a dynamic day and night cycle. This means that the time at which you play is heavily dependent on your progress through the campaign, but once you’ve completed it, you’re forced to bask in the Seattle sunshine. Fortunately, developer Sucker...
Papering over the cracks
Power up your PlayStation 4 and you’ll be prompted to download a new patch for exclusive inFAMOUS: Second Son. However, despite weighing in at 333MB, the update isn’t anywhere near as meaty as its launch day counterpart, solving some localisation issues and helping out the game's post-release Paper Trail campaign a...
You may not know it, but recently released superhero sim inFAMOUS: Second Son has six weeks worth of free DLC incoming. While some might decry this as a calculated attempt at keeping the game's disc in your tray, they're probably also the sort of person who hates candy, puppies, rainbows and all other things universally regarded as...
Power to the players
inFAMOUS: Second Son may lack the electrical superpowers of its predecessors, but that’s not stopped it from amping up the excitement surrounding the PlayStation 4. Industry publication MCV reports that sales of Sony’s next-gen system surged by 106 per cent in the UK last week, which was no doubt partially propelled by the...
Thieves in time
PlayStation 4 exclusive inFAMOUS: Second Son is bursting with Easter eggs, including a replica of The Legend of Zelda’s mighty Master Sword. However, while the hallowed Hyrulian rapier is reasonably well hidden, one of the game's more upfront references occurs every time that protagonist Delsin Rowe’s phone rings. You see
A link between worlds
While the blindness of fandom can sometimes foolishly take hold, most of us here at Push Square love a good Nintendo game. And it seems that first-party Sony developer Sucker Punch is much the same, as the Washington-based studio has hidden an Easter egg in the recently released inFAMOUS: Second Son that gives a shout out to...
Bound to cause a rowe
Launch day patches are a contentious issue. Some argue that they provide a convenient way for a developer to work on a game even after it's been prepped for shipping, while others lament the need for them in the first place. Whatever your stance, we can all agree that launch day updates which also include free playable content...
Light bar watch is one of the more entertaining pastimes in this editor’s embarrassingly non-existent social life. Here at Push Square towers we can’t seem to decide whether the PlayStation 4 controller’s illuminating surface is a slice of genius or a load of old tosh. As such, we’ve committed ourselves to writing...
Another one bites the dust
It's been a tough few weeks for Sony's Worldwide Studios. With the recent departures of several high profile developers, including Uncharted series director Amy Hennig, we're starting to notice a bit of a worrying trend. And it seems that yet another creative has joined the causality list, as Jaime Griesemer – the lead...
There aren't enough hours in the day
One of the biggest additions to inFAMOUS 2 was its LittleBigPlanet inspired user generated content feature. This allowed you to create custom missions, stories, and platforming challenges within the sandbox setting of New Marais, which you could then share with friends and strangers within the game. While many...
Reggie or not
A handful of lucky conduits may already have their copies of inFAMOUS: Second Son, but if you’re still waiting patiently for next week’s official release date, then feast your eyes on eight minutes of gameplay footage from the upcoming PlayStation 4 exclusive. This is based on the same demo that we played last week, which you can...
The man who sold the game
Do you want those unannounced inFAMOUS: Second Son powers to remain a secret before release? You may want to plug up your ears with supercharged sound muffs, then, as some retailers have decided to break the Sucker Punch developed sequel’s street date a little early. Despite not officially being due out until 21st March,...
Burning down the house
Holy smokes, it’s less than two weeks until you’ll be playing inFAMOUS: Second Son. A cynic may argue that the PlayStation 4’s first few months on the market have been dryer than the Sahara Desert, but Sucker Punch is aiming to finally light up your system with a showering of neon and smoke powers later this month. And...
Enjoy your power
inFAMOUS: Second Son would have been a very different game without you. While you may not be aware of it, the upcoming superhero sequel was designed in direct response to your actions, with both your narrative choices and playstyle culminating in crucial decisions during the construction of the release. It’s uncommon for a title...
Developer Sucker Punch may be keeping its lips shut tighter than a peeved parent's purse strings, but that doesn't mean that it's managed to keep hold of every detail surrounding upcoming teenage angst simulator inFAMOUS: Second Son. In true franchise fashion, an eager fan has purposefully defied his master's wishes, managing to dig up...
Sucker Punch’s upcoming PlayStation 4 exclusive inFAMOUS: Second Son stinks of teen spirit. The Seattle-based open world adventure has clearly been inspired by grunge culture, from the nature of Delsin Rowe’s clothing right through to the inclusion of famous venue the Crocodile Cafe, which has been painstakingly remodelled in the...
The build-up to inFAMOUS: Second Son has been a subject of much discussion here at Push Square towers over the past few months. It’s clear that Sony as a whole has changed its approach to product launches, opting to announce titles much later and show much less of them. However, the firm’s been particularly secretive when it...
Currently has more pre-orders than The Last of Us
Perhaps unsurprisingly, Sony has stated that it reckons super powered sequel InFAMOUS: Second Son will be the most successful entry into Sucker Punch's series. Speaking with MCV, SCE UK product manager Josh Walker said that the company is "excited by the level of pre-orders which are exceeding that...
Sony may be busy zapping PlayStation 4 exclusive inFAMOUS: Second Son onto dozens of Blu-ray discs as we type, but that doesn’t mean that developer Sucker Punch’s work is over. While game director Nate Fox tours Europe in order to promote the title, the rest of the Seattle-based studio's staff are busy beavering away on some...
Downloadable expansion will fill in the blanks
Just like Killzone: Shadow Fall before it, inFAMOUS: Second Son represents a new start for Sucker Punch’s superhero series. However, just because it’s moving to a fresh location and introducing a new protagonist in the process, that doesn’t mean that you should erase the events of the previous...
But he's already been spotted
Sucker Punch is no stranger to quirky little environmental Easter eggs, so you probably won’t be surprised to learn that inFAMOUS: Second Son’s next generation recreation of Seattle looks set to be packed with subtle little references for you to stab your DualShock 4’s share button at. One such nifty nod has...
This may take a while
You could argue that the PlayStation 4’s sizeable delay in Japan is punishment for the country’s widespread adoption of mobile software, but we’re not sure that the few remaining console gamers deserve to have to wait for superhero adventure inFAMOUS: Second Son, too. Sadly, that’s exactly what they’re going to have...
Time for a break
There's exciting news for PlayStation 4 owners, as inFAMOUS: Second Son has officially gone gold. In case you're not familiar with developer jargon, this means that the game is finally completed and is now ready for mass production. Sucker Punch's co-founder Brian Fleming confirmed the news through Twitter, stating that it's a...
While the European commercial for inFAMOUS: Second Son depicts a more sombre mood, the title’s television spot in North America aims to paint protagonist Delsin Rowe in the most outrageous light possible. In addition to rowdy punk rock, the trailer shows the hero terrorising various Department of Unified Protection troops – all with an...
Wet and wild
Sony’s opting to keep inFAMOUS: Second Son very much under wraps, so you’re going to have to make do with videos like the one embedded below for the time being. Fortunately, while this footage features Russian voiceovers and some mostly aimless late night traversal, it’s still absolutely worth watching for the amazing visuals...
Smaller than you'd think
You’ll need to set aside 24GB of hard drive space on your PlayStation 4 in order to contain Sucker Punch’s intricate recreation of Seattle. The number was revealed courtesy of PlayStation France’s community coordinator PixelTux, who posted upcoming exclusive inFAMOUS: Second Son’s final box art to the brand’s
While inFAMOUS: Second Son serves as a semi-reboot for Sucker Punch’s superhero series, you may be looking for a crash course on the franchise if you missed the previous instalments. Don’t despair, though, as the fine folks at SCEE have casually read your mind and concocted a sale designed to solve your conundrum. Starting...
Smells like teen spirit
Sometimes a game has the power to sell itself, and that’s certainly the case with impending PlayStation 4 exclusive inFAMOUS: Second Son. Much like the system that it's on, Sony’s marketing team has gone right back to basics with this 30-second European television spot for the impending superhero title, showing...
Ethics have always played a pivotal part in Sucker Punch’s superhero series, but upcoming PlayStation 4 sequel inFAMOUS: Second Son will attempt to up the stakes by making you the architect of the entire cast's moral compass. Take protagonist Delsin Rowe down a dark path, and supporting stars such as the feisty Fetch will end up...
In addition to being an ace looking superhero escapade, inFAMOUS: Second Son is starting to sound a little bit like a tribute to developer Sucker Punch’s hometown. Not content with scanning the likenesses of real Seattle residents to populate the virtual streets of the upcoming PlayStation 4 exclusive, the studio has also...
Feel even more morally conflicted
Sucker Punch’s superhero sequel inFAMOUS: Second Son is set to launch next month, meaning that you’re no doubt itching to smash up the release’s obsessive recreation of Seattle. However, before you begin vaporizing the residents of the rainy region, you may want to keep one minor detail in mind: every...
Great power, great responsibility
inFAMOUS: Second Son protagonist Delsin Rowe may be a bit of a wild child, but even he understands the importance of keeping his appendages covered when things get a little hotter than his smoke superpowers. And in order to spread that message, GameStop Italy is giving away a pack of glow-in-the-dark condoms when...
inFAMOUS: Second Son may just be our most anticipated upcoming PlayStation 4 exclusive, as developer Sucker Punch appears to be hard at work creating a title that offers a compelling gameplay experience, while also really showing off wha
First-party outfit looking ahead
Sucker Punch may have successfully re-stoked the embers regarding its upcoming PlayStation 4 exclusive inFAMOUS: Second Son at the Taipei Game Show last week, but with the superhero excursion now mere weeks away, the Sony subsidiary is starting to look to the future, too. A trio of job listings posted to the...
It’s never easy to wrap your head around a game in a busy showfloor environment. As such, the response to a slew of inFAMOUS: Second Son videos firing out of events such as CES has been tepid at best. Fortunately, we predict that the feedback to this developer helmed demo will be a bit more positive. After all, the game looks...
It can’t possibly look this good, can it? Titles like Killzone: Shadow Fall and Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag have already offered a teaser of what the PlayStation 4 is capable of, but inFAMOUS: Second Son looks set to blow everything out of the beautifully rendered water.
Takes full advantage of the new hardware
inFAMOUS: Second Son may just be the most intriguing PlayStation 4 exclusive set to release over the coming months. Its stunning visuals, fascinating morality system, and
Cute and conduit
Delsin Rowe, the hero of upcoming PlayStation 4 exclusive inFAMOUS: Second Son, may have rubbed some folks up the wrong way with his trendy headwear and arrogant attitude – but it’s hard to hate the superhero when he’s masquerading as a Sackboy key ring. The friendly folks running PlayStation Europe’s Twitter account...
It’s probably a good thing that the PlayStation 4 isn’t a superhero, as we reckon that the supercharged device would resemble more than a match for inFAMOUS: Second Son’s plucky protagonist Delsin Rowe. A handful of launch titles have already demonstrated how much power lead architect Mark Cerny's packed into the next...
Now you Rowe
Sucker Punch may be hurriedly applying the finishing touches to PlayStation 4 escapade inFAMOUS: Second Son as we type, but the studio did have other ideas in mind. Responding to fan queries on Twitter, the company has pointed out that it considered creating a fresh franchise for Sony’s next generation system, but eventually found the...
Not just beanie hats
Quality control schemes don’t often get the praise that they deserve, but they’re a pivotal part of the way that a game ‘feels’ – even if you don’t consciously realise it right away. It’s an area that Seattle-based studio Sucker Punch always invests a lot of resources into, and it’s part of the reason that the...
Dishing out pain in the rain
While consumer electronics convention CES tends to focus on televisions and tablets, there is undeniably some overlap with the gaming industry. In addition to tennis sensors and short throw projectors, Sony’s show booth at this year's event has a couple of games available for attendees to try – including hotly...
Smoke and mirrors
Delsin Rowe, the star of upcoming PlayStation 4 exclusive inFAMOUS: Second Son, may have already rubbed you up the wrong way with his sly smiles and irritatingly hip beanie hat, but just like previous protagonist Cole MacGrath, he remains something of a blank book. As with prior entries in the Sucker Punch produced property,...
It’s probably fair to say that inFAMOUS: Second Son is the most anticipated PlayStation 4 title at the moment. Sucker Punch’s smoky superhero excursion not only looks the part, but it appears to maintain the slick traversal and varied combat of its predecessors. And according to SCEA boss Jack Tretton, the upcoming next generation...
Not the status Kuo
The morality system is undoubtedly the backbone of the inFAMOUS franchise, acting as a hub for both the story and the gameplay. Interestingly, a recent Official PlayStation Magazine interview with developer Sucker Punch has revealed that the series' newest entry may be seeing a few tweaks to the established formula. Don't expect...
There's a flaw in Sony's PlayStation Network "Welcome Back" package that was always going to occur
While Sony's offering a pretty compelling selection of games, the hardcore fans are likely to be the ones that miss out — mainly because they'll already own the choices. Still, think outside of the hardcore circle and Sony's "Welcome Back"...
inFamous is one of our favourite games on the PlayStation 3
It's one of those titles that came out of nowhere, but the experience stuck with us for a long time. In an interview with Spong, Sucker Punch producer Brian Fleming has countered our positive opinion, stating the game was just "okay", a trait that has factored into its cult status. "I dont think we did ourselves any..
The issues Sony's been having with its PlayStation Network service are well documented across the web
I'm told the folks at this very publication have been frantically clamouring for more information on the situation, but Sony's remaining tight-lipped. Honestly, it's probably for the best. No matter how big or small the problem is, Sony will want to...
Remember 2009, when similar-looking super hero titles launched on the PlayStation 3? Those games were Prototype and inFamous
Many forum topics debated which game would come out "the winner", but it wasn't long before people totally forgot about Prototype, succumbing to inFamous' brilliance. A sequel to inFamous was announced at E3 this year and based on our hands-on impressions it raises..
The PlayStation Blog's just uploaded a condensed version of Sucker Punch's Comic-Con panel from earlier this month
The panel goes into a lot of detail about the original inFamous' design process, aswell as tackling some hot-topics regarding the sequel. Interestingly, Sucker Punch dropped a "wait and see" line regarding PlayStation Move support and multiplayer, which a more speculative..
You know what -- Sucker Punch are really interesting guys
This behind the scenes documentary with the studio discussing their influences is heart-warming and interesting. inFamous was a smash-hit when it dropped last year, and it's so exciting to be in the build-up to the sequel to that game. Expect to hear much more about inFamous 2 tomorrow as Sucker Punch hold their panel "From Origin..
Sony's first-party is the best in the world
We really don't care about subjection and opinion — it's fact. Nobody can touch those guys, they are incredible. As such, it's always refreshing to see how the internal teams help each other — be it with elements of their engine, programming for the PlayStation 3, or simply giving feedback on each other's games. In an interview with NowGamer, Sucker..

Our buddies over at PlaystationLifestyle have continued the recent trend of DNS sleuthing, by uncovering an SCEA filing for www
infamous2thegame.com. Hmm - yes, wonder what that could be about? Maybe it's about the hotly anticipated sequel to last year's breakout superhero sandbox hit, inFamous? Ya'think!? Pfft. Quick note: we're absolutly STOKED about the prospect of an inFamous 2. The first..
Sorry about the headline
We couldn't resist sending fans' hearts a-fluttering by mentioning the words "Playstation 3", "Sly Cooper" and "Returns". Still, crafty headlining it might be, this Modnation Racers developer "Spotlight" picks on Sucker Punch's Nate Fox, who's keen to recreate inFamous' Empire City in the kart racer. We love these developer diaries..
Yo Americans, you up for some new quality first-party Playstation 3 content at half the price? You betcha, yo
Looks like Sony's got your backs then, with Killzone 2, inFamous and Resistance 2 all set to join the PS3 Greatest Hits Collection. That's according to a Best Buy flyer that also sees UFC Undisputed 2009 and LittleBigPlanet: Game Of The Year Edition hit the new $29.99 price-point. Bargain.
There have been a number of stand-out Playstation characters who define this generation of Playstation content, but we've hand-picked the cream of the crop
Those who have made the list represent exceptional character design, and go some way to defining the Playstation 3's line-up thus far. Nathan Drake (Uncharted): Perhaps the most believable...
Remember the awesome Uncharted 2: Among Thieves DLC we told you about yesterday? Sony's confirmed it's coming next week, alongside a demo if you're yet (why not
?!) to play the game. The DLC, entitled the "Playstation Heroes Skin Pack" brings Cole and Zeke from inFamous, Nathan Hale and the Chimera from Resistance and Sev and the Helghast...
Well, if there was ever a way to get me back into Uncharted 2: Among Thieves' multiplayer component, it'd involve character skins from other games
Which is exactly what's going to happen according to SCEJ, as upcoming DLC will feature inFamous, Resistance and Killzone 2 skins. Siliconera's got some shots of the DLC, which are due in Japan net...
With the recent recasting of Cole McGrath, it certainly seems likely that Sucker Punch are currently working on a follow-up to their hit open-world title inFamous
Even more interesting though, is the company's posting of a job position, which requires a network programmer who has "experience building on-line components of video games." If Sucker Punch are making inFamous 2 and hiring a..
Alongside Nathan Drake, Sony Pictures want to bring Sucker Punch's Cole McGrath to the big screen
In fact, they want to do it so badly they've already got a screenplay drafted out by Sheldon Turner. Hollywood hotshots Avi and Ari Arad are said to be producing the movie; they're also apparently going to work on the Uncharted movie. To be honest, inFamous could probably translate to cinema better..
LittleBigPlanet's Sackboy is getting ready to don inFamous' Cole McGrath's outfit come this August 8th
The DLC will allow you to dress Sackboy as an heroic/evil iteration of the inFamous protagonist. Check out the evil Cole Sackboy after the jump.
Here's a quick look at the new inFamous space for Playstation Home which includes a host of new activities including a Reaper zapping minigame
The space also allows you to design your own graffiti, which can be voted on by other Home users. The space will be available from tomorrow, July 2nd.
SCEA's Katy Field has revealed that inFamous' demo became the first to ever reach 1,000,000 downloads
Hopefully everyone that downloaded the demo ended up buying the game. Still, a successful number for the Sucker Punch team that, at the very least, showcases a lot of interest in the game. In fact, evidently such was the interest that a Playstation...
According to PS3Center, inFamous has made a bit of a shock
In fact, a big shock. It's become the fastest selling new IP on the Playstation 3 platform. Let's break down the figures. -InFamous(May, 2009) - 176,000 in it's first week-Resistance(Nov.,2006) - 42K first week-Motorstorm(March, 2007) - 107K first week-Warhawk(August, 2007) - 70K first week(not including downloads)-Lair(August, 2007) -..
We really like inFamous
Watching the credits is a real eye-opener. You've just finished off this massive, deeply interesting and fascinating game, yet watching the credits run takes about 5 minutes. In comparison, Grand Theft Auto IV's credits last about 30 minutes. It creates a real sense of respect for what Sucker Punch did; i.e. create this massive game with such a small team. Hence why we're..
Such is the rarity of Playstation 3 commercials we absolutely have to post about this brilliant inFamous ad
When Sony said they were going to spend lots of money on promoting the game, we expected that meant like, one dodgy trailer-cum-TV advert. But no, it meant: one genuinely awesome advert. Hooray for good advertising of good games. Hopefully inFamous will sell well for Sucker Punch. They..
We just got directed to this neat little link
"Hey!" we hear you scream, "It's inFamous." Why yes - yes it is; albeit a slightly clunky Flash version. Alas, it's a pretty good time-waster for those of you still waiting for the game. Just a week to go guys! What's your highest score?

Business is a bit like football
You have your teams like Manchester United, Arsenal and West Bromwich Albion. You have your managers like Sir Alex Ferguson. You have your fans or customers. You compete. Sony are a bit like the Arsenal of the football world. They have great products they're just a little bit too quiet about them. Thank goodness for Sony's Patrick Seybold, SCEA's Senior Director of..
In an interview with D+Pad magazine, Bruce Oberg - the co-founder of Sucker Punch - has confirmed his love for Sony
When prompted on why Sucker Punch decided to stay exclusive rather than go multiplatform, Oberg said:We love Sony. Theyve given us the freedom and resources to create a line of very special titles, from the Sly Cooper series to inFamous. And the PlayStation 3 is an incredible..
inFamous is a game that has been somewhat swept under the carpet; lacking the fanfare attributed to Killzone 2 and marred by the never-ending comparison to Prototype
Despite the commentary of the outside world though, Sucker Punch have been quietly moulding inFamous into a game worthy of discussion and certainly deserving of gamer's attention...
Hey Europe, not got a PS3 yet? Looking to get one with an extra game? Better consider these bundles that have emerged from PS3p
es</a>. While not confirmed by Sony yet the bundles show either: a PS3 with two controllers and a copy of Quest For Booty or; a PS3 with inFamous. The Quest For Booty bundle seems a bit odd seeing as the game launched a year ago but the inFamous bundle sure looks..
Those of you outside the US or without a preorder will yet have access to the inFamous demo
That's ok though, because friendly gamers have been tussling over who can get the best footage up onto YouTube. There's more than enough gameplay to keep you happy. Who's excited for the game then?
Lucky pre-order people in the USA received their inFamous demos yesterday
The demo, which is one of the longer demos in recent years, allows players to get a feel for the games mechanics and mission types. There's also the hint of Sly Cooper 4 hidden for avid players. Those of you that have the demo can locate the Cineperplexed Movie House which is showing none other than - you guessed it - Sly..
