Three games to be revealed
We've known for a little while that publisher THQ Nordic plans to unveil a couple of games during E3 2019. There has been much speculation as to what these games could be; will we see the return of TimeSplitters? Is Destroy All Humans making a comeback?
Do the robot
Earlier in the week, Gearbox Software sent everyone into a frenzy when it not-so-subtly hinted at a reveal of Borderlands 3 during its PAX East panel. The heavily rumoured sequel has been a long time coming, so assuming it looks good, fans will be ecstatic to see a return to Pandora. However, the developer isn't done teasing game...
You'd have to be a Freaker not to attend
Sony’s been inviting European media outlets to the wedding of Deacon and Sarah from Days Gone, which will be held on 13th February – on YouTube, apparently. Obviously this is a Valentine’s Day-themed marketing stunt, which is probably going to conclude in some kind of story trailer. It’s safe to...

It's almost that time of year again. The Game Awards show is Geoff Keighley's baby, and it's of course returning once again next month. The glitzy awards ceremony should be an entertaining watch, potentially with a few announcements punctuating the applause and the speeches. But it is, first and foremost, about the awards,...

Yes, readers – E3 2018 is very much around the corner. The social media teasing never ends, and now it’s the turn of Warner Bros to take to Twitter with vague promises. Move your feet
It's no secret that movement in virtual reality is something that is still being figured out. Developers have tried full movement, teleportation, on-rails, and more to make navigating their games as intuitive and comfortable as possible, to varying degrees of success. However, hardware is beginning to emerge that aims to make moving...
Beauty and the beast
genDESIGN, the annoyingly capitalised studio formerly known as Team ICO, has once again teased its next title. You may remember that The Last Guardian maker hinted at a new project earlier in the year with an image that appeared to show a Yorda-esque lady and an ogre. Now it’s back with an alternative take on the same scene,...
The Last Guardian director Fumito Ueda appears to have teased genDesign’s next title with a concept art released to coincide with the New Year. Those of you who’ve been around the clock a bit will recall a similar image being published long before The Last Guardian even leaked, showing Trico’s chains and a bundle of feathers. It’s...

It'll be attended by series creator Keiichiro Toyama, composer Kohei Tanaka, and SIEJ...
Is that all you've got?
It's not quite E3 2016 yet, but publishers have got to get you in the mood for the big show. Still, we figured that we better share it with you just in case. You'll be able to watch the...

Once upon a time, Ultimate Fighting Championship games were a big deal. We distinctly remember one entry from THQ tearing up the charts – but then the publisher went on to milk the series, and interest waned. Since then, EA Sports has become the custodian of the license, but while its previous UFC game certainly had some positives, it...
The last time that EA attempted to hype up a Star Wars: Battlefront announcement, it turned out to be Team Deathmatch, so we're not getting our hopes up for this new reveal just yet. However, an image on the franchise's official Facebook page showing an X-Wing does hold a little more promise we suppose. It's accompanied by the words:
Nah, it's probably Dynasty Warriors 9
Let the speculation begin: Koei Tecmo is teasing a reveal for a game that "is not Warriors" according to a newly opened website. Whatever the unannounced title is, though, it's being developed by Omega Force - the Japanese studio that supposedly never sleeps. The reveal's happening in seven day's time, on the...

As promised, Game Informer magazine has released the first teaser image of Bioware's next big project
The screenshot of the game — which is due to be fully revealed at next month's Spike TV VGA awards — shows a collision in a dusty, desert like setting. It's certainly a world away from Dragon Age and Mass Effect, but without more details is ultimately meaningless.
It's always exciting when Sony teases the words "surprise announcement"

Awkwardly the event will coincide with the launch of PlayStation Vita, with the exposition taking place on December 17th..
