Digger HD Launches On The European Playstation Store Tomorrow.

If you’re keen to jump into Creat Studio’s reimagining of the eighties’ Digger in HD, then the European Playstation Store has your back. Digger HD will launch tomorrow in Europe, with the original “vintage mode” in tact for those who prefer it to shiney HD graphics. The game has 60 levels and will launch at £7.99.

Digger HD Is An HD Remake Of A Classic Game.

Creat Studio’s have announced that their remake of the classic PC title, Digger HD, will hit the North American Playstation Store this October 1st, and the European store on October 8th. In the game, players control a construction vehicle and are tasked with digging their own path through an underground maze in order to collect power-ups and goodies.

The game features 60 levels and all new shiny HD graphics. Purists can opt to play the game as it was originally intended by selecting the Vintage Mode however.

“It’s thrilling to see such a great game like Digger come back with a 21st Century makeover,” said Jo-Anne Kempe, president, Windmill Software Inc., and co-creator of Digger. “We’re excited about the PSN platform, allowing Digger HD to be discovered and enjoyed by a whole new generation of gamers.”
