It's Unlikely You'll Be Seeing The Capcom vs. SNK Franchise On PSN.

According to a lengthy post on the Capcom-Unity forums by Seth Killian, it seems unlikely there will be a PSN port of Capcom vs. SNK anytime soon. According to Killian a port would just make “bad business sense” with resources taken away from the upcoming Super Street Fighter IV and no guaranteed return. Putting it bluntly, Killian stated, “When fan service becomes a black hole for time and money, that party gets ended pretty quick.”

Killian also said that Capcom don’t want to flood the market with fighting games, claiming that gamers usually only buy one or two fighting games a year, given their “difficult to master” approach.
