PlayStation has added a new Demon's Souls screenshot to its official PS5 games page. How exciting!
The fresh image shows the player going up against the Tower Knight, one of the title's most iconic bosses, and a feature of the game's announcement trailer. Needless to say, the remake still looks fantastic, and some fans will no doubt be happy to note that the Tower Knight's surroundings appear to be more gloomy than they were in the aforementioned trailer.

I’m so ready for this! bloodborne made me buy the PS4 and this sold me the PS5 already

Wayyyyy better, the atmosphere is on point, Demon's was grim. I don't know why the screenshots of this game looks a lot better than the trailer.
I now virtually nothing about this game other than it being the first Souls title. Can't wait to get stuck in

Unfortunately most people would be dead from the archers before even attempting to attack Tower Knight head on!
Hi there fellow gamers. This looks CLEAN. Also, that person is playing wrong. You don´t attack the Tower Knight head on. You either go for the ankles or ou spam magic from a distance. After you kill all the archers though 😉 Can not wait to go to Boletaria once more. Cheers, stay safe and happy gaming to us all

The screenshot is misleading. The Tower Knight and the player-character are actually just having a civilised chat

Native 4K this and that.
They are so 4K head strong they forget this console generations most gorgeous, detailed looking graphical game is releasing tomorrow on PlayStation and is 1440P on PS4 Pro.
Once you start going above 1080P there are many factors, screen size, viewing distance and top end 4K TV up scaling and other wizardry.
I'm slightly embarrassed to admit that I only ever beat this boss - in multiple playthroughs, mind you - by spamming magic... In fact, that was the key to success for SO many of the bosses in the Souls games. Obviously Miyazaki realized that, and then went ahead and created Bloodborne, a game that defies all spammers of magic and projectile-based attacks! Git gud or git dead!

@Hobbesyall Same here started this Gen with a Box and bought a PS4 for Bloodborne specifically before switching entirely lol.
God, I need this in my life! This is the 2nd game out of my top three games of all time to get remade, FF7 being the first. I feel so lucky to be a gamer right now. Just waiting for a Drakengard remake (please Taro!) and i can die happy!

But yeah, to be fair the enemies are typically way more mobile and aggressive in BB compared to DeS so it's not as universally OP.
Good screen shot but why make the character look like he's trying to attack him with a sword and obviously miss?
@Matroska I heard it was the Tower Knight. The shield looks like a fridge.
