We've been writing about 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim for years. Crafted by Dragon's Crown and Odin Sphere developer Vanillaware, 13 Sentinels is part story-based adventure and part real-time strategy. It all revolves around 13 main characters, all of whom have their own tales to tell. And, as you'd expect of Vanillaware, it looks stunning.
Again, we've been waiting on this one for ages, but at least that wait will finally come to an end later this year. 13 Sentinels is set to release for PS4 on the 8th September in North America and Europe.

At first I was disappointed that this isn't another action RPG from Vanillaware, but after watching quite a bit of mental looking Japanese gameplay over the last few weeks, I've got to play it for myself. Looks super interesting.

@Agramonte Love the artbooks for games like this but would prefer a Steel book Edition or better yet something like the Odin Sphear Storybook Edition.

I though this a rpg or action at first, but it seems it's a visual novel game like danganronpa? I want another rpg or action games from vanillaware though.

This game wasn't on my radar until now. That trailer has me very interested.
I'm intrigued but doubt I'll be paying full price. Will wait for game to reach ~$15 or cheaper in a few years.
