DOOM Eternal is the best first-person shooter on the PlayStation 4, and you could be playing it as early as tomorrow morning. Despite not being scheduled to release until 20th March, it looks like GAME has been given the go-ahead to sell copies starting 18th March. The York branch was the first to confirm the early release date, but others have since followed suit. We’ll contact Bethesda to see if this applies to other retail chains, including the PlayStation Store.
In addition, one company in the Netherlands has made a similar announcement, so it looks like the publisher is simply trying to get copies out as coronavirus continues to cause panic around the globe. Can we get a hell yeah?
