The Division 2 has continued to quietly truck along ever since its release in early 2019 with a slew of free updates and DLC, but Ubisoft is kicking up a fuss for the game's next expansion. Set for an unveiling tomorrow across a variety of streaming methods, it sounds like it's going to be a much bigger piece of DLC than the three episodes which have already arrived on PlayStation 4.
Teased in a tweet, you'll be able to watch the reveal live through the likes of Twitch and YouTube tomorrow at 11am PST/2pm EST/7pm GMT.
What could this new expansion bring with it, however? The community has already worked out where the coordinates upon the teaser trailer's watch points towards -- New York City. That's where the original game was set, so it looks like hardcore players could be about to return there with an all-new playable area. That's just speculation for now so we'll have to tune in tomorrow for some concrete details.

I much preferred the setting off the first game so I'll definitely be up for going back to snowy New York. (Hopefully still snowy). I haven't played in a long time so it might tempt me back.

Ok, so i played the first game played the story mode solo and actually enjoyed it, ive seen division 2 on sale for 13quid, but it also got slated on release, im half tempted to buy 2 copies one for me and my m8 to play through, but he is totally hooked on cod so not sure if this could get him off it. Is it pretty much like the first but different setting? and is it actually any good?
Oh, so is this gonna include sections of New York THAT SHOULD’VE been included in the first game? Pass, pass on all the looter shooters.
I haven’t played this since last spring/summer, so am ready to dive back in. Will watch tomorrow’s announcement and see what’s in store first. Will this new dlc be included in the year 1 pass? (I can’t remember when the game came out exactly)

Is the Cony Island patch out?
Its funny that everyone is talking about how they are going to start playing the game again. I thought the whole point GaaS was to keep playing? So much for online games adding more replay value and longevity. I remember how TD2 disappeared on Twitch less than a month after launch.
Great news, one of those games I keep on my PC. Always someone I know is joining up.
I also found out that if you own the game on UBI you own it on Geforce NOW streaming service also. Much better system than Stadia.
I haven’t played in a while. My buds and I moved on the Breakpoint but I prefer Division 2.
@Daleaf I’d say if you enjoyed the first one you would enjoy this one. Even if you just played through the story missions like the first you would definitely get your monies worth at £13. I didn’t play much after the story was all done but thought I get plenty out of it.
