GT Sport's Free October Update Adds Spa, Four More Cars

So near, so Spa

Gran Turismo Sport is the gift that keeps giving – assuming you don’t have bandwidth caps, that is. Polyphony Digital’s back with a brand new patch, which adds the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps to the title’s roster of race tracks. As with previous updates, v1.47 will be completely free to download, so you’ll get all of the fresh content without having to pay a penny.

Also included as part of the update is four new cars: Porsche Taycan Turbo S ’19, Lamborghini Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce '15, Mazda Demio XD Touring '15, and Mercedes-Benz 300 SEL 6.8 AMG ’71. There are also a bunch of new racing league challenges for you to test out across a variety of difficulty disciplines.

Bought my copy of GT Sport on launch day for full price and I have no regrets! Love this game, even though I only play it in single player. Hyped for Spa obviously!

I've never tried it in VR but I guess I might go for it on PS5 when the console allows for proper races with a full grid in VR. Anyway, enjoy it mate. God knows this game is gorgeous and I sometimes just watch my old replays for hours instead of playing

Haha, sounds really authentic the only time I experienced this kind of fear was when I was watching a WRC driver going through a forest at 200km/h. Racing drivers are insane! Still, good to know GT Sport delivers in that area.

@Neolit Yes Neo. I had that same feeling with Astrobot when the whale eats you.

I was like omgooooooooodddd. I gulped the biggest ever and even though it was a game I had real fear.

@Neolit When I just got VR I bought Statik. I also had a new leather couch.

I had the sight, sounds and this weird new couch smell - like I was in the bloomin game. It totally captivated me. I was there!

@Neolit Yeah there were some really great moments in vr.. Ultimately though, i had to sell my psvr because i kept getting sickly feeling. And i NEVER get motion sickness. They really need to get that poo figured out and I'm so back in.
