We kinda like the standard Death Stranding box art, but a fair amount of fans have made it clear it's not what they want. The strange PlayStation 4 game from Kojima Productions is looking utterly bizarre, but by comparison, the key artwork adorning the box is pretty tame. However, did you know that there's an alternate version available on Amazon UK?
As pointed out by Nibel on Twitter, you can now pre-order a copy of Death Stranding that comes with a complimentary sleeve. The fancy cover features Higgs, an antagonist in the game played by none other than Troy Baker. We dare say it's a more stylish option for those after a flashier game box.

I wish we got that on US Amazon. That looks way cooler than the boring basic cover art.
Oooooh... Now we're talking! A whole lot nicer then the standard box art!
This reminds me of the whole BioShock Infinite thing. In all honesty I just want the game to be amazing.
I think that's way better, but I don't hate the standard box.
That's a pretty cool alt cover. Hope it comes State-side as well.
@ShogunRok You don't hate it, you're only disappointed.
@Octane Basically yes.
I actually prefer the original most.
I don't like villains to be the main cover theme.
Damn you guys. Now instead of buying the game the game at 40 euros, I'm going to buy it from amazon for more money.. GOD DAMN YOU AGAIN.
Looks good, but after seeing the alternate cover art it makes me wish the title was a little lower on the standard cover. It kinda covers Reedus' face.
Alternative cover is so much better!
The golden skull cover is waay cooler than the original or steelbook cover, why we're not getting that cover for the steelbook edition of the game
I'd have much preferred a cover with artwork by Yoji Shinkawa, but maybe that would upset Konami.
What's the big deal? It's just a cover.
Idk, I like the alt cover, but I also don’t mind the original. It’s whatever to me. Like another commenter said already, I just want the game to be good. I have mixed feelings about it, and I’ll definitely be waiting until reviews are out, before I decide to purchase this game.
Much nicer, but my ideal cover would be something really vague, like that panned out shot from one of the early trailers with all those creepy people hanging in the sky.
