A new game update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is ready for download on PlayStation 4. Patch 1.05 has arrived, although exactly what it does is a bit of a mystery.
Modern Warfare's latest PS4 update is about 2.4GB in size, which lines up with previous patches, but it's likely the patch notes will be rather uninformative. All previous updates simply state "Security and stability fixes", so we'd expect the notes for 1.05 to be the same.
Nevertheless, it's worth getting your game bang up to date to ensure you're playing the best version possible. Hopefully, Activision or Infinity Ward will release a more detailed breakdown of the new update soon. If they do, we'll update the article with the relevant info.

this is why i dont play crossplay with pc, cheaters on pc always find a way.
Probably preparation for all the lovely MTX to hit in a few weeks.
After hearing all the news about how fantastic the campaign is, I am going to pick this game up Friday. Yes, I know it’s short, and I might be better off renting the game at Redbox or something, but I dislike doing that for some reason. Plus, I’ll probably replay the campaign multiple times over (I don’t care much for multiplayer games). If I don’t pick it up Friday, I might hold off until Black Friday. I am pretty invested in The Outer Worlds at the moment, anyway.
