Yesterday, Koei Tecmo teased what appeared to be some kind of Warriors Orochi announcement. Given that Warriors Orochi 4 released around a year ago, many bet on this tease being for an enhanced version of the game. After all, Koei Tecmo loves its re-releases.
As it turns out, they were right. Warriors Orochi 4 Ultimate has leaked over on Amazon Japan, confirming that it'll come with a new story, additional playable characters, new game modes, and more. No doubt an official announcement is imminent.
In our review, we called Warriors Orochi 4 a "disappointingly cheap sequel", so here's hoping that, one year later, Ultimate feels like the real deal.

Oof, I just bought warriors orochi 4 for the switch. Paid €5 so not the biggest loss.
3 was so much better than 4 ... hopefully 4 ultimates corrects this.
(just playing Orochi 3 on my ps4 again )
I hope they fix it so it runs decent. If you can make it work for a Switch FFS put in some effort.
