The new Guilty Gear -- currently in development over at Arc System Works -- is actually going to be playable later this year at the developer's ArcRevo World Tour Final event in California. Even though the project was first announced back in 2018, the fact that it's in a playable state suggests that it may actually be farther along in production than many initially thought. All we know right now is that it's due to release in 2020, but it could end up being closer to the start of the year than the end.
If you're not sure what all of the fuss is about, you've gotta go watch the game's reveal trailer, which blew minds at Evo 2019 this past weekend. It looks utterly eye-popping, and we can't wait to see more.
