How to Unlock the 'Let Go of Your Fear' Trophy in Layers of Fear 2

During the third chapter of the game, you will encounter a scripted scene aboard a pirate ship. A girl is being forced to walk the plank, and the protagonist is stood in front of her with a shotgun. The director doesn't want you to shoot her, but the girl does.

In order to follow her directions and unlock the 'Let Go of Your Fear' Trophy, you need to shoot the girl walking the plank three times. Doing so will unlock the Trophy.

How to Unlock the 'Find Your Inner Voice' Trophy in Layers of Fear 2

During the third chapter of the game, you will encounter a scripted scene aboard a pirate ship. A girl is being forced to walk the plank, and the protagonist is stood in front of her with a shotgun. The director doesn't want you to shoot her, but the girl does.

In order to follow his directions and unlock the 'Find Your Inner Voice' Trophy, you need to shoot the two figures on the ship deck either side of the girl. The figure to the right will go down in one shot, but the one on the left takes two hits. Once they're both dead, you'll unlock the Trophy.

How to Unlock Both Trophies in One Playthrough

Due to the nature of the two Trophies, you would think that unlocking both would demand a second playthrough. However, it is possible to unlock both in just one. As soon as one of the two Trophies unlocks on screen, quit out of the game and back to the main menu. Reload your save via the continue option and you'll be placed at a checkpoint roughly 30 seconds prior to the choice. Now, you can replay that section and unlock the other Trophy.
