Title Update 3 for The Division 2 has been delayed. It was originally meant to land next week, on the 25th April, but now it's been pushed back into May 2019, with no specific date given. According to developer Massive Entertainment, the delay will allow for the fine-tuning of the game's balance.
"The final release date of Title Update 3 will be based on results from further testing and balancing of the game. Operation Dark Hours will be your biggest challenge to date, and we want to make sure that we've properly tested the large amount of balance changes that are coming to both PvE and PvP and listen to your feedback about the changes before introducing the raid," it writes.
Fair enough, we suppose. We'd much rather Massive get this right on its first try, rather than having the update be botched as soon as it hits. Hopefully it's smooth sailing from here on out.

I’d rather them take their time and release great content, instead of pushing it out just to make the date. Not enough companies would make that choice. Plus, it gives me more time to gear up.

Gearing up is my goal as well. I was able to lone wolf my way to the end game, but now have those missions to tackle. The amount of content is pretty generous, so I should be ready when this releases in May.
@lacerz between my two year old, working 50+ hours a week and school I didn’t have much game time so a couple of my buddies helped me grind to level 30 pretty quick. I was playing solo prior to that. Now they’re helping me work to a higher gear level so I can be ready for the raid. It’s made a huge difference playing it with them. If you’re looking for a clan and interested let me know, we are a pretty laid back group that just want to have fun.
I'm cool with waiting. AC:O DLC and Days Gone are right around the corner.
I wish they'd address the bloody awful texture pop in (or lack of texture at all) before adding more stuff.
Next patch with allow you to get gears drops with 515 gear scores but only in the DZ.
