It's time to wheel out all the awful "Vita means life" jokes that you've been saving, because NIS America just announced a new game is coming to the system next year. Vita games in 2020, what a world!
The title in question is Utawarerumono: Prelude to the Fallen, a name that we hope we never have to type again. It's a remake of the first Utawarerumono game (dammit!), and it's also coming to PlayStation 4. For those out of the loop, Utawarerumono (sigh) is a role-playing series that focuses on tactical combat.

Big fan of this series, so seeing the remake of the original get a release over here is good stuff.

Vita island has another member. Welcome 😁 thanks NISA. Definitely buying this. Seems as good a time as any to check out the Utawarerumono series as any. Hope it gets plenty of hype so you need to publish lots of stories about the game and need to type the name out lots haha

I love JRPGs but I've never played this one.

When I have a bit more money, I'll buy a second Vita. A coloured one. I still have the original fat ps Vita. Still as beautiful as the day I bought her.
