This is the Borderlands announcement you were looking for, right? Oh, anyway, Borderlands: Game of the Year is coming to PS4 in just a week's time, releasing on 3rd April. It'll bring with it the original game along with a whole host of enhancements and upgrades that'll surely make it the best version available.
The remaster introduces Randy Pitchford's favourite type of code into the game, SHiFT codes, enhanced visuals, four-player split-screen co-op, and even more guns. The minimap will now be a part of the in-game HUD, while further character customisation options will allow you to craft the vault hunter you're looking for.

Physical or digital only?
@jFug The physical version is exclusive to Gamestop in the US. Not sure if there is one for UK/EU.

Sick! I’ve never played any of them but the fact that handsome Collection is only 2 and pre sequel turned me off to the franchise. Now I can play the complete collection! 😁
I'll pick this up digitally if possible. Never finished it before. Loved 2 and I'm playing through TPS now so I'm set until 3!
Looking forward to playing this again, the humour and many memes aside I still feel this was the better game overall and cant wait to play
Do you guys recommend as a single-player game? I only played Borderlands 2 and as a SP game, it was a cool experience as well.
@PS_Nation Borderlands is just as good as a single player game as it is co-op. I had fun playing it both ways.

@PS_Nation, Borderlands is very playable solo. Roland is a good choice solo as he has a deployable turret and weapons mods that increase magazine size, fire rate, and ammo regeneration.
Also i could defeat all bosses solo without the need for an unlimited ammo trick, and or the Evil Smasher glitch like in BL2.
Borderlands has some great weapons that have better elemental effects than in BL2 and Pre Sequel. There is also the excellent General Knoxx dlc.

I'm hoping for a physical release, but I'll go digital if I have to. Also hoping they include movement in FFYL, really looking forward to playing through this with my best mate online.
