It looks like Capcom is going the extra mile with its remake of Resident Evil 2. The publisher has announced during a live stream that a brand new mode will be making its way to the game at some stage after launch, called The Ghost Survivors.
Details are thin on the ground, but we do know the free update allows players to experience the game with various randomised elements, and you choose to play with a variety of characters, such as USS member Robert Kendo and Katherine, the mayor's daughter. An in-game shop will let you spend your hard-earned points to get enhancements of some sort. No date has been announced yet, but the update will be free, so it's something to look forward to.

Randomisers are one of the reasons Iām buying on PC so this sounds promising.

@NintendoFan4Lyf I would expect KH3 to be a minimum of 30-40 hours on first playthrough if you rush through and skip cutscenes, definitely 50+ if you go for side quests and such.
I believe Capcom has stated recently that completing both scenarios for Leon and Claire will take around 10 hours, not including extra modes like tofu or hunk.

Love the fact Capcom are putting this extra content in. They could have just got away with the campaign and the game still would have sold well from nostalgia alone. Let's hope they continue the support.
@get2sammyb is that all? i thought Capcom said they are discussing about DLC in future post launch like fans have to pay it cost 15 or 20 dollars : for new DLC story
@jonny_aces they should make DLC story for this game like play as Marvin when raccoon city started happening before Leon and Claire arrive in Raccoon City

Sounds like a mix between Extreme Battle Mode from the original with a mix of Mercenary from more recent Resi games.
Oh man, I hope this gets co-op multiplayer like Revelations 2! The controls in this are so tight, that I'd love to see them put it into an excellent multiplayer mode.
I wanted a lot of ammo first time through, first play through was 10 hours but I was like you in every single thing 2nd took me 3 and a half
They should add a Revelations style raid mode
@NintendoFan4Lyf I'd recommend Kh3 if you're caught up on the series, otherwise choose RE2 if you need a break.
