Hitman HD Enhanced Collection PS4 PlayStation 4 1

If the excellent Hitman 2 didn’t give you enough Agent 47 action last year, then you may be excited to learn that IO Interactive has announced the Hitman HD Enhanced Collection – and it’s garrotting a console near you from next week, on 11th January. As previously rumoured, the double pack will include PlayStation 3 title Hitman: Absolution and fan favourite Hitman: Blood Money.

According to a tweet from the Danish developer, both titles will feature updated controls and improved lighting. They’ll also run at 60 frames-per-second in 4K resolution. We’ll check in with the studio just to confirm that these will be released on the PlayStation 4, but seeing as ratings leaked a while back, we reckon that’s a lock.

Update (18:30GMT): Yes, the collection will release on the PS4. There's some chatter that it will retail for $60, but that seems so absurd that we're going to have to double-check that detail. Surely not?
