We've seen this type of game before, one in which you control two characters or objects simultaneously, but Degrees of Separation looks to turn up the heat -- and turn it down. This curious little game sees you guiding two characters in parallel worlds - single player or co-op - as they try to help each other out, and it looks like a neat puzzle platformer, utilising temperature to overcome various obstacles.

This new video shows off some new gameplay footage, and is narrated by the developer, Moondrop. It's all looking and sounding pretty decent, and we're definitely intrigued by the fact Chris Avellone is on board as a writer. The game is out 14th February. Will you be its Valentine?
