Croteam’s been eating off the success of Serious Sam since the start of time, so it’s perhaps no surprise that the Serious Sam Collection has been rated for release on the PlayStation 4. This compilation previously deployed on the PlayStation 3, and included Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter, Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter, Serious Sam 3: BFE, and Serious Sam: Double D XXL.
Don’t expect many sizeable changes to this edition, besides the obvious up-res and visual improvements. We imagine an announcement will be forthcoming in the New Year.

I’ve heard of these but never played them so I’m down if this happens. Did anyone here play any of them and if so are they any good?

Great for someone that never played Serious Sam. I have all of the games over on Steam, so I'm all good.

@dark_knightmare2 I’ve played the first 2, and v.recently completed the 1st game in VR (aiming the guns is so fun!) The 1st one is the best imo (I love the Egyptian atmosphere and love the music!), but I haven’t completed the 2nd game, or even played the 3rd yet. The gameplay is simple and arcadey which I love 💖 & SS has some cool Duke-ish one liners 😎
man i remember playing these when I was like 10 on a old PC, wouldn't mind seeing how they hold up today if the price is reasonable

Hopefully these are available to buy individually as I've got zero interest in any of the SS FPS games but Serious Sam: Double D XXL is an amazing side scroller by Mommy's Best, one of my all time favourite devs!
Oh my gosh YES! These are the only games I still play on my PC from time to time. I always loved Serious Sam games but still haven't finished 3. I can't wait
Cool, one of my favourite franchises, just my kind of FPS. All of my favourite FPS games have been PC games, apart from Resistance. I already have the Serious Sam collection on PC so I don't feel I need to buy it on the PS4, unless they decide to add some extra stuff.
