Monster Hunter World arch-tempered nergigante

After almost a full year of high quality support from Capcom, the developer has confirmed that Monster Hunter: World's final free content update will arrive in Spring 2019. Arch-Tempered Nergigante is the last update that Capcom has planned, but there are a few things arriving before that.

First up, Arch-Tempered Kulve Taroth is stomping into the title this month. Starting on the 19th December, you'll be able to hunt this fearsome beast down and acquire brand new weapons. However, the normal Kulve Taroth won't be returning, so you'd better make sure that you're prepared for this more powerful form.

Next, Capcom's hosting an in-game "Appreciation Fest" at some point in the relatively near future. Its aim is to celebrate Monster Hunter: World's first anniversary, and it'll feature special quests. Seasonal event quests will also make a return. There's no confirmed date on this yet, but we imagine that it'll hit on or around the 26th January, since that marks the game's birthday

And on top of that, we've got The Witcher crossover quests coming early 2019, and, if you haven't already heard, a massive new expansion landing in Autumn 2019. Next year is going to be a big one, it seems.
