Samurai steel
Jump Force is adding another manga and anime property to its character roster in the form of classic samurai action series Rurouni Kenshin. Both main character Himura Kenshin and antagonist Shishio Makoto will be playable in the crossover fighter, and although we don't have a trailer to go on yet, we do have some lovely screenshots.

Such a amazing character. He's one of my favourite manga protagonist.
Any idea how many characters in total this game will have in the base game? The season pass has nine characters.
If it turns out great, I may have to buy the Season pass even though I hate them.
Kenshin is my fave series of all time! Shishio was such a bad ass. This heavily piqued my interest in the game. Something to look forward to for sure.

I am still wishing they animate the third arc of Kenshin and can even continue with new arc after that. It really deserve that. One of my favourites ever. Also the first ever anime I watch.

Awesome! Rurouni Kenshin is probably one of the best manga of all time. Long enough that it feels like a substantial narrative that gets you attached to it's characters, but it has a specific story it wants to tell & doesn't get bogged down with padding or unnecessary arcs just to stretch it out.
InuYasha may be my favorite manga, but RK is undoubtedly the most expertly crafted I've read.

This news makes me wanna re-watch the original series and OVAs/Movie before I start watching the newer OVAs/TV show etc.
