There's a new trailer out for The Last Remnant Remastered, which Square Enix announced just last week. The video compares the visuals of the original Xbox 360 release to the upcoming PlayStation 4 remaster, and the difference in quality appears to be substantial.
Interestingly enough, the PS4 version actually utilises Unreal Engine 4 tech to help provide its enhanced graphics, which perhaps explains why it looks like such a leap forward.

I'd argue this isn't a remaster, given the sheer change in assets and even engine, thus necessitating recoding the game most likely, making this more of a remake.
Looks good though. Neat PS4 exclusive it would seem.

I remember playing this game on the 360 and enjoying it but funnily enough I can't really remember much about it..
If I ever run out of good rpgs to play on the PS4 and Switch I'll consider buying it..but that's looking unlikely..

Don't know if I'd like the game. I'm not into strategical combat systems and prefer easier ones like DQ XI or Persona 5.
