We've already been treated to an atmospheric new trailer for Metro: Exodus during this year's Gamescom, but publisher Deep Silver hasn't stopped there. It's also released a decent amount of beta gameplay footage, and it's looking great.

The above video cuts from one scenario to another, showing us things like rescuing a man from being eaten alive by wolves, infiltrating an enemy encampment, exploring cramped interior locations, weapon customisation, and more. It seems as though playing cautiously and tactically will be key, as will crafting new weapons on the fly. It all looks and sounds marvelous, too.

What do you make of this new gameplay from Metro: Exodus? Will you be sneaking through Russia come March 2019? Share your thoughts with comrades in the comments below.
