UK Sales Charts: Crash Bandicoot Fends Off New Releases to Remain Number One

The latest UK all formats chart is in, and Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy runs away with another top result thanks to its multiplatform releases last month. It also bests a couple of new entries, with LEGO The Incredibles and the Switch exclusive Octopath Traveler having to settle for second and third respectively.

God of War once again remains in the middle of the top 10, while Jurassic World Evolution slips from number two to number seven. FIFA 18 is also now beginning to fall back down the chart as the World Cup has reached its conclusion, going from fourth to sixth. Another pretty uneventful week for PS4, then.

God of War just won’t go away. 6th to 5th this week, even amidst all the new releases.

I don’t think Uncharted 4 stuck around as long as God of War has.

Not to take away from Crash but I can't imagine it was a hard fought battle. Those new entries aren't exactly anything great.

Haven't they like re released crash again because it's got a banner on it about the 2 secret levels that I got for free anyway. Are they actually charging for these levels now ?? And to be honest it's been a adverage month for new releases SEP onwards is where it's at

God of War has been in the top ten for over 13 weeks. 3 more weeks and it's 4 months. A friggin' quarter of a year. Game of the generation. Word up, son.

You know, ten years ago I was wondering if Crash would ever do well enough again.

Anyway I'm sure Octopath will do better when it comes to other systems. Its been swamped out by JRPGs sadly.

Toad was on Wii U, and aside from a few exclusive new levels, it's 99% the same game. If you want to get really technical, one could throw MK8 in there and say just 2.
