You may recall that, a little while back, Housemarque declared it was done with arcade games following poor sales. This is a massive shame, as the Finnish developer has delivered some absolutely stellar shoot-em-ups -- Resogun and Nex Machina, take a bow -- over the years. This news left us wondering what it could possibly be cooking up next.
A tweet from the company went out yesterday that seemingly teases exactly that.
One of the hashtags is for Reboot Develop, a European games industry event featuring talks and presentations from all kinds of developers. Housemarque is scheduled to give a keynote presentation tomorrow at 10:00 CET, and it's likely we may get some news regarding its new project.
Quite what it'll be is anyone's guess at this stage, so we're very curious to see what Housemarque has in store.

I love their games. They’ve definitely earnt my respect to try something new from them. Nex machina is one of the best games I’ve ever played. I’ll be supporting them day 1
