Gran Turismo Sport Adds Another 12 Cars This Week

Free of charge again

If you haven’t been following Gran Turismo Sport, you may be forgiven for not knowing that its post-release support has been spectacular. Polyphony Digital has been updating the title with unprecedented regularity, adding new cars and content free of charge. This week will see another of those, as 12 vehicles get added to the release’s roster.

Series creator Kazunori Yamauchi has once again teased the lineup with some silhouettes, but we see a Dodge Challenger, an Audi R8, and a Ford Mustang. There are some good guesses in the Twitter thread, so click through here if you want to see the speculation. The full lineup of new cars should be announced imminently, ahead of the update’s release.

I am tempted to give this game another go. Props to Polyphony for releasing plenty of free post-launch content.

Stopped playing after completing all single player stuff aside from about half of circuit challenge. Don't fancy going back until the track roster has been expanded on.

Edit: and a way to alter the song list. Some of the music winds me up haha

This is all very good, especially as it's free, but the game desperately needs more tracks rather than cars.

Can't really complain about any of the updates as any new content that is gratis is welcome. I do agree the track roster could do with bolstering now though. Personally Spa and Laguna Seca would be awesome.

Silverstone, Spa, & Laguna Seca would make this a better game rather than just cars.

What we need really need is;

2 real world Ovals (only 2 in the game at the moment)
Another Rally Course (only 3 in the game at the moment)

This would plump the game up a fair bit. Right now Rally driving and oval racing is pointless as there isnt enough tracks. One of the rally tracks is massive as well, wouldve been better spent making 2 tracks rather than 1 imo.

Then of couse Laguna Seca and another popular race track to compliment that side of the game.

This game is great. Props to devs for updating it regularly with free content. I really enjoy playing local multiplayer with my relatives and friends in this game.
