Relaxing farm-'em-up Stardew Valley is still set to get a Vita version, developer ConcernedApe has confirmed. In the studio's update blog, it writes "A number of people have been curious about the PS Vita port we mentioned way back in January, and I’m happy to announce that a PS Vita port is actually happening!" Hurrah!
The icing on the cake is that the Vita release will support cross-buy, so if you already own it on PlayStation 4, you get it for free on Sony's handheld, and vice versa.
Good news, eh? Will you be raising some sheep on your portable? Work the land in the comments section below.

Nice, too bad I got rid of my PSTV already.
Nice! Got the Switch version, so I'm not interested in this version any more, but it's nice to see that the publisher hasn't forgotten about the promised Vita release.
O yes, this is amazing news. I held off buying on ps4 after the January hint just in case. While i neednt have worried due to cross-buy, this will be perfect on vita
Yay! I will certainly be buying this. I was going to get the physical PS4 version but I think this would be better suited to the Vita.
Hold on, cross-buy?
Nice knowing you guys
@KingdomHeartsFan I have no idea. Never heard of it. This game is on the Switch, though!
@Tasuki why wouldn’t you just get it on ps4 if you wanted to play it on a tv?
vita means life
@ztpayne7 Because my PS4 is hooked up to my main TV and if that's in use, I have to use the tv in my bedroom.
@KirbyTheVampire It's also on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
Sweet! I'm excited to fire up my Vita for this game!
@Tasuki Yeah, but it was a joke, because the Switch is a well-known handheld and the Vita isn't....never mind, ignore me, lol.
