Over the past few years, the PlayStation Store has become one of Sony’s biggest bread winners. And it’s easy to see why: the digital plaza has finally caught up to venues like Steam in 2017 and been packed to the brim with brilliant offers all year. The thing is, they just don’t stop on the European PS Store; hot on the heels of the 12 Deals of Christmas, the platform holder’s announced another two promotions set to run in December.
First up is the Two for £25 initiative, which will run all the way through until 21st December. This is pretty much exactly what it sounds like: pick any two from a list including Fallout 4, The Last Guardian, Gravity Rush 2, Prey, Get Even, et al, and you can have them for £25. Individually, the games cost £15.99 each, so you’re saving around a tenner if you take advantage of this. Not bad at all.
Then there’s another section on the EU PS Store for PlayStation Plus members, pledging up to 75 per cent off pretty big names for subscribers. Some of the highlights include Wolfenstein: The New Order (£3.74), Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered (£24.49), The Evil Within (£4.79), and Resogun (£2.99). It’s not the biggest or best sale ever, but we’re sure that you’ll spy something that takes your fancy. These offers will end on 22nd December.
The scary thing is that, with the sales set to conclude a few days prior to Christmas, you just know that Sony’s going to have some monster festive deals lined up. We’d recommend you start saving, but we suspect you’re already too busy spending on this latest crop of discounts.

Luckily I was strong this time. I am also broke having to pay for Christmas. So no new games until Santa brings me something.
Shame there is hardly an VR games got quite a few on my wishlist was hoping for a sale on a few to save my wallet a bit
I can't think of any game I am looking for at the moment, not that I am 'actively' looking. Fortunately PushSquare only gives a 'few' of the titles available and not the full list as I would no doubt see something of interest.
With the few above, I either have or don't want...
@bindiana Last week(s) many VR games have been on sale, including the excellent Battlezone, eagle flight and many more. And now, Dirt Rally VR for 75% off...
I'll bite on batman enemy within for 10 quid, butwhats with the sudden lack of sales on vita and ps3. There has hardly been anything for around 6 weeks
Wow talk about great timing!
I was disappointed Divinity Original Sin never got discounted over Black
Friday weekend- picked that right up (£16)!
@Rob_230 I guess they're winding things down now, sadly.
Apparently no such luck in the NA PS store. 😔 I wonder if they will do any similar sales for us over here this month. Not that I need to buy anything, but at the right price there are still a couple that I’m keeping my eye open for (Inside, Hellblade, ...)
The first Wolfenstein for less than £4 is ridiculous. It's sales like this that make me want to go all digital
@get2sammyb booooooo (but get your point of course). Hopefully the big Christmas sale will yield good results (aka undertale, tokyo xanadu)
@Rob_230 Yeah, I was looking forward to some big Vita sale to expand my digital Vita jrpg collection...
Hoping that we get some deals in canada soon. I just bought nier and andromeda for 25/19. Tjose will keep me busy for a while
..it's a stark contrast to the Microsoft Store - I think their sale will start 19th(ish) of Dec and run for a couple of weeks tops? Surprising they don't do similar promotions tbh... you get some fantastic deals on PSN...
@Fight_Teza_Fight I actually got it last year during the holiday sales, among several other local co-op titles.
Meanwhile, on Vita front, I'm beginning to suspect that Days of Japan in summer have long become Black Friday's relative equivalent for the platform. At least going by the assortment of offers. XD
If you dont own Resogun I recommend it. It's a fantastic game, simple yo pick up and play but difficult to master. It's well worth your time.
@get2sammyb Belgium.Panama.Tunisia.England same group.for the world cup next summer.word up son
You can get call of duty modern warfare with call of duty infinite warfare for £10 at tesco. Might have sold out by now though.
So, it's 30 euro for...Parappa, Loco Roco, Patapon and The Last Guardian.
NOT. BAD.
@1ManAndHisDroid what are you talking about? they just had a huge black friday sale (that started several days before the PSN one) and the discounts are identical for games that are on both platforms
@nhSnork The game somehow passed me. Divinity didn't catch my interest until I saw a stream of Divinity 2 a couple of months ago. Looked great, but it seems like one of those games that I would either love or hate.
Hm I was going for two games but can't decide between Yooka laylee, gravity rush 2 and trackmania turbo (mostly because of local multiplayer).
If you're gonna get the two for £25 but still have a few games in your backlog, it's best to wait a couple of months when they'll be £7-10 each in the next sale. Clever move from Sony there, though!
@KratosMD Tell me about it. Sooo frustrating that some of these titles give us no alternative but to buy digitally; and i just can't justify paying more than around 20 pounds for a digital copy. Particularly with memory cards being so expensive
@belmont i still think the big Christmas and New Year sale will deliver the goods best console i have ever owned for jrpg's! Working through trails of cold steel atm. Its so good
@Rob_230 Yeah I love the Vita. I am in the middle of Atelier Firis and I also started Trails of Cold Steel. However there are a ton of jrpg I want to buy before they axe the Vita for good, I hope they discount them in Christmas.
@belmont each Christmas i spend around 60 pounds on the store on vita games. They always have a great sale, so dont expect this year to be any different
@belmont also im on ch 5 of trails of cold steel. So so good.
Got the full Banner Saga package (1 + 2 + survivor mode) for € 10.
I still like to play MW remastered but Im not paying one cent more than 15euro for it.. so Ill just keep waiting
