What better way to celebrate your love for the Metal Gear Solid franchise than with a 17.5 inch statue of Snake? First 4 Figures has opened pre-orders on some uber-detailed Tactical Espionage Action statues, which place the gruff-voiced protagonist behind a wall with his weapon raised.
There are a number of different versions available, each with different designs and head sculpts, though prices start at $524.99 so you’re going to need to have a fair few dollars set aside. Still, they look incredibly detailed, and should prove a pièce de résistance for franchise fans.

I have never been that big a fan of anything to pay that much for a statue!
That face doesn't look anything similar to the character neither the body so "pump up"...
I ended up watching the advertorial on the web page which is an hour long and pretty interesting. Theres obviously a market out there for these things, but the price is crazy for what in essence is a painted model with a soft plastic removable head.
Its like someone mashed up Chris from Resi 5 and Sam Fisher.....
