Destiny 2's 'adventures' are supposedly a new way for Bungie to feed the game's lore to players looking for a bit of backstory. You pick them up during your patrols, complete a few objectives here and there that are tied together with smaller narratives, and then you turn them in for some hopefully lovely loot. Story, gameplay, and loot -- three birds with one stone, kind of.
The game's latest trailer gives us a brief look at adventures and what we can expect from them. We doubt they'll be anything mind-blowing, but hey, quests are quests, and we'll be happy to complete them if they're entertaining enough.
Is this the kind of stuff that you want to see more of in Destiny 2? Check off another objective by taking to the comments section below.

Honestly think they should just make Destiny into a MMO RPG... I know it already kind of is a MMO but something similar to ESO with a big open world or worlds full of quests etc, would be ace as I don't think there would be anything like it.
@PostmanPatinator That would definitely make a lot of sense. I would be super happy to pay a monthly fee if Destiny is becoming more of an MMO like other games.
But I think the problem is, for an MMO destiny's endgame might be too difficult for most people. Which means they will have to make it easier, which again means the elite players who love the game right now will be gone. It is pretty impossible to find a balance, most MMOs failed here already. I am fine, since I mostly play for story and lore. But I bet as a real MMO with good story, Destiny would earn crazy amounts.
@PostmanPatinator
Well actually there is a FPS mmo on pc called Firefall, So there's that.
@LukeNI https://www.polygon.com/2017/7/6/15930776/firefall-shutting-down-red-5-studios looks like it is dead
Personally I am happy that it isn't more MMO and more limited than that....
I hope their are more than like.. 8 of these lol
Gonna hold off till the price drops in case there isn't much content in the game like the first one.
I wonder if these will be replayable?
