SEGA's slapped a date on Yakuza 6: The Song of Life and thrown out a cool new gameplay trailer that you can watch above. We've known for a while that the PlayStation 4 exclusive will launch in 2018, but now, just a couple of weeks before Yakuza: Kiwami hits the market, we have a confirmed date to look forward to.
The final entry in series protagonist Kazuma Kiryu's story will release on the 20th March in both North America and Europe. Yakuza 6 originally launched in Japan all the way back in December 2016.
That's not all, though. Grab the game at launch and you'll snag a hardcover art book, which should be a nice bonus. What's more, SEGA will be going all-in with a collector's edition, which you can peruse below. That's going to cost you $89.99/£79.99 according to the publisher.
Is Yakuza 6 on your horizon? Don't mess with old man Kaz in the comments section below.

After playing so much Yakuza 0 and Kiwami that trailer looks incredible. Finally the series has gone next-gen!
The bar glasses are amazing.
It's gonna be mine!
Oh man, this looks brilliant. I was going to hold off on Kiwami but I might not be able to resist the pull of more Yakuza.
Now that's a collectors edition I can go for! Definitely getting it.
Reasonably priced, captures the spirit (!) of Yakuza and useful .
Hope they somehow make Yakuza 2-5 available prior to 6. That'll be a lot of Yakuza in a short period of time, but I would like to play all of them.
Worst case scenario I'll have to watch the cutscenes.
I'm a digital download kind of guy however this does look appealing.
The launch edition is mine
uh damn... still have zero and Kiwami to play and 6 is coming XD
shouldn't have watched the trailer lol
I know what I'm getting on March 20th.
@Sonicmeerkat Let's watch the language. Thanks.
@Tasuki oops sorry, no dinner for me tonight I guess.

Take mah money!!!
A fantastic series!
I love artbooks but I don't think I've ever seen any illustrations or concept art for the Yakuza series before. I hope they're good since I prefer illustration art over just images of CGI models.
A steel case for both editions would've been great as well.
