Sony was teasing “something new” yesterday, and as we accurately predicted it was referring to a new limited edition Gran Turismo Sport PlayStation 4 hardware bundle. This snazzy slab of circuitry comes in silver and black, and is adorned with the signature of Polyphony Digital’s premium racing series. We actually really like the way this looks, but unfortunately it’s limited to Europe and Japan – sorry North America.
Boasting a 1TB hard drive, the package also includes a silver DualShock 4 with a custom touchpad, as well as a Day 1 Edition of the game itself, which throws in $250,000 in-game credits, livery sticker packs, a chrome racing helmet, and, er, a whopping 60 PlayStation Network avatars. The platform holder will also be releasing some less premium bundles featuring the game and a Jet Black console in a variety of guises – including a PS4 Pro option.
All of the various packages are scheduled to release on 18th October alongside the game – are you tempted at all?

Well, that was a pretty obvious guess; the tease screamed GT, I'm surprised some people expected anything else.
I guess this was already to be expected but calling it "something new" makes us believe that this was supposed to be new, not another PS4 bundle.
Oh well, there's always Paris Game Week.
Much prefer Microsoft's hardware design if I'm honest, hopefully that's something Sony can learn from in the future.
That looks pretty smart.
Dang that looks good! I'd jump on that if it were a Pro.
Wow it looks really neat. I'd get it right away if it was the Pro. But still really nice looking one.
That branded controller looks boss. I wonder if it'll be sold separately.
@Comrade44 Probably to sell GT off the back of the cheapest model. They might be focusing on Pro bundles for Battlefront 2 and CoD to compete with xbox x.
it's ok that it's only coming to Europe and Japan, cause honestly I don't care for the look of it. And why not make a PS4 Pro one instead of another PS4 Slim special edition?
@SegaBlueSky are you talking about the VHS version of the XBox One ou the PS2 version of the XBox One X?
@whizzkidd I was thinking more of the controllers, specifically. The design labs ones are really, really nice. Also the Minecraft Xbox they revealed the other day is way better done than the GTSport PS4. The One S in general is really nice, and despite being massive, I liked the design of the original XBO as well. Of course, none of that really matters, just an observation.
