The leaked trailer may have turned out to be false, but the tee was totally real. And we’re pretty sure this reservation card for Assassin’s Creed Origins is legit as well. It’s for the obligatory Gold Edition of the game, and was spotted at Target. In addition to a look at the protagonist and the title’s Egyptian setting – printed on gold foil, no less – it confirms that there’ll be a Season Pass for the release (duh!), and that pre-orders will come with a bonus mission: Secrets of the First Pyramids.
Ubisoft’s been pretty quiet about the new Assassin’s Creed, but we assume it will be fully revealed during Microsoft’s press conference on Sunday, followed by further information on the Monday before E3 2017. This author in particular is ridiculously hyped to see it!

I thought Ubisoft were moving away from the 'Season Pass' after the success of Rainbow Six Seige...
Never needed AC DLC in the past and can't say it would be something I can say I am interested in either.
Ugh....bloody season pass! I want to like Ubisoft I really do but they just keep giving me reasons not to!
yawn already looks like a generic uninspired clone of previous games. Hopefully I'm wrong.
it has the old ubi logo though, I still feel its real
This game is true next gen it's got Hierographics.
@Wasted_Smuggler That's a good spot actually, I hadn't noticed that. I guess maybe these were printed a while ago? Or I've been duped again...
I like the theme of an ancient Egyptian setting and I hope it's got an engaging present day storyline too.
@get2sammyb yeah seems like it was printed a while ago and just sent out to retailers. It looks too good to be fake but we can never know 😂😂
Why would anyone ever want an Assassin's Creed steal book?
A game set in ancient Egypt is well over due, I cannot wait!
@get2sammyb
Doesn't Sony usually grab the marketing rights to AC?
@Gamer83 Sometimes. I remember the French Revolution Assassin's Creed (Unity?) getting a huge push from Microsoft.
Sony literally has every other big game (even FIFA now!) so I'm almost certain Creed will go the other way.
@get2sammyb
Unity is the only one I remember really getting pushed with the Xbox. I guess it wouldn't be totally surprising, does seem like it has potential to be a really big comeback and MS needs something from third parties to push alongside its new hardware. That was the key to 360's success.
It looks tempting, but I've been fooled by Ubisoft before!
The logo is the old one? Maybe printed earlier?
