The Mishimas have to be one of the most screwed up families in gaming, and their plight is at the heart of Tekken 7's cinematic story mode. Fortunately, if you've been on the lookout for actual footage from the fighter's aforementioned mode, you're in luck: GameSpot has spliced together ten minutes of cutscenes and gameplay, giving us a decent idea of what we can expect.
As far as fighting game story modes go, it looks promising. Cutscenes transition into fights without loading screens, and it all looks suitably polished. The highlight, though, is when Heihachi takes a young Kazuya into his arms and prepares to throw him off the infamous cliff - only this time around, you have to push square and triangle to toss him into the abyss. This is the pinnacle of quick-time-events.

As far as fighting game stories, this looks pretty promising so far. The part with Lars' gun looks odd, but everything else is good so far.
By the way, I could school the guy that used Lee.
Dear Capcom,
This is how you make a fighting game this gen.

Looks cool only i hate the seasonpass i rather pay €10/15 more for a complete game.
Shouldn't it be push square?
@twenty90seven I thought it might have been a joke too far but... Now I kind of regret it.
