The Love Between The Witcher 3 and Horizon: Zero Dawn Continues

Guerrilla Games releases its own artwork

Awww, isn't this just lovely? As reported yesterday, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt developer CD Projekt Red congratulated Guerrilla Games over Twitter, following the successful launch of Horizon: Zero Dawn. The Polish studio posted a rather nice drawing of Geralt and Aloy high-fiving each other, and now, the Dutch developer has responded with a similarly heartwarming image.

Once again it's Geralt and Aloy hanging out, only this time they're showing off their ranged weapons. It's nice to see such respected studios being so friendly, isn't it? Here's to the continued success of them both.

Robert (or Rob if you're lazy) has been a fan of PlayStation since the 90s, when Tekken 2 introduced him to the incredible world of video games. He still takes his fighting games seriously, but RPGs are his true passion. The Witcher, Dragon Quest, Mass Effect, Final Fantasy, he's played 'em all — a little too much, some might say.

If both developers got together and made their own crossover art book,I'd seriously consider buying it
It really is great how some developers interact with others.

Im just amazed that guerrilla's artists can knock something so fantastic together in what...24 hours? I could try for a lifetime and never produce a piece of artwork that is even close to being this good

I love this kind of friendly play between studios, it is a good time for gamers and I think the last output from both studios is a shining example for the industry.
