We've no idea why it's taking The Witcher developer CD Projekt RED so long to put out a collectible card game, but Gwent: The Witcher Card Game will finally get its first technical test on the PlayStation 4 this weekend. All you'll need to do to participate is download the 3GB client from the PlayStation Store for free, and you'll have from 8AM BST on 31st March until 3rd April to test the title out.
While the technical test won't include access to the entire game, you will be able to build a deck, try out the tutorial, and engage in some casual online matches. Your progress will be wiped once the technical test is over, so do keep that in mind. The developer also stresses that this is very much a test, so expect to encounter bugs and connection issues – that's the whole point, after all.

May be worth it
I always stuck with Northern Realms. An army of blue stripes commandos were a winner everytime.

Just a thought: maybe it's because they want to release a quality product? CD Projekt RED doesn't make shovelware.
@uMuffin It's still taking forever.
@get2sammyb I hope the reason it's taking so long is because the majority of the studio's time and resources are devoted to Cyberpunk.
Certainly taking it sweet old time coming out but it's CD Projekt Red so it's fair enough.
I haven't even started The Witcher 3 yet which I received at Christmas so the chances of me trying this first is pretty slim.
If it's like Snap I'll be great at it,if it's a bit more complicated I'll suck
It's about time, xbox has had it ages now.
@get2sammyb Has anyone found the download yet? I can't seem to find it
@Simon_Fitzgerald Not yet!
