In a rather bizarre turn of events, EA boss and all-round entertaining industry figure Peter Moore will be taking on the role of CEO at Liverpool Football Club. The talkative gaming veteran, who was born in Liverpool, is a lifelong supporter of the team - so this is basically the 61-year-old's dream job.
We suppose congratulations are in order, but we'll never forget some of Moore's antics. Remember the Grand Theft Auto tattoo at E3? Priceless.
Naturally, we wish the new signing all the best at Liverpool FC. He'll start in his new role this summer; hopefully his knowledge of FIFA player statistics will help the club sign some top performers.

Please, make Liverpool great again, so many bad signings, the defense this year is horrible.
@ferrers405 Don't worry, Pete should be able to blag some FIFA Ultimate Team packs from his old employers.

In other news Shigeru Miyamoto has signed as Tottenham's main striker and Neil Druckmann will be head caterer at Seattle Sounders FC
@Dodoo Hideo Kojima has also teased that at some point in the future he'll be taking over a major premier league team. No details on the team yet but he did unveil some really awesome new football kit.
Still trying to process this information.
