Horizon: Zero Dawn's TV Commercial Spotlights PS4 Pro

So now they want to market it? Sony...Sony you give me a headache...

I still think the tag should be:

"Go Pro Bro"

or "Pro Yo?"

Wow, they must believe a lot in this game, so much advertising for a new IP. Anyway, I like the commercial, particularly the beginning that got me thinking about how machines took control of the world, I hope the story delivers. =)

Did they replenish Pro stock? I thought it was still hard to find? Would be kind of pointless to advertise a system that is hard to come by......

More like blink and you'll miss it, and 90% of people who see it won't even realize it as it doesn't even say "Pro" anywhere on screen, and they narrator doesn't say "Pro" either.

That's still a concern I have, Guerrilla isn't exactly known for great story telling but I'm hopeful. Killzone 2 was the best FPS last gen, so it is a studio capable of delivering a legit great game. A FPS can get by with a weaker story, though, an RPG can not. We'll see.

I bought mine the 10 days ago from game stop, I didn't get the impression they were in low stock.

@King47 Ah, I had seen from previous comments that they seemed to be hard to find, along with PSVR. Maybe it was only in certain regions.

Nice background music, I'm glad sony have confidence in this game, I hope the game will be really good.

Its hardly 'pushing' the Pro as the game seems like its using mostly (if not entirely) the base PS4 visuals - although obviously not easy to tell as the video is in 1080p and compressed.

Only at the very end do we get to see the 'Pro'. I did find it funny that they had to put a disclaimer at the bottom regarding the 'most powerful console' tagline. Even then, they only say 'PS4 - for the players' and don't mention 'Pro' so its hardly spotlighting the console.

Sony could easily of put the Slim alongside the Pro and even said the two most powerful consoles on the market or just used the Slim Horizon Bundle to sell that - the focus after all was primarily on the game anyway with a few seconds to advertise the console at the end.
