Even the PlayStation 4's staunchest critics would struggle to argue that the system is starting to hit its stride. January alone will see the addition of four or five anticipated exclusives to the console's catalogue, and it doesn't look like the device is going to relinquish that pace as 2017 develops. This trailer deployed by PlayStation Europe gives an example of just what's in store for the rest of the year.
While the montage includes obvious outings like Horizon: Zero Dawn and Gravity Rush 2, there are also some surprise additions here, such as Detroit: Become Human, Matterfall, and Dreams. Could they all receive 2017 releases? There's no The Last of Us: Part II or God of War, so this isn't a generic list – but it does seem to favour European developed titles ahead of North American ones. We'll see.

where is crash bandicoot
where is my boy crash bandicoot.the collection is this year
@playstation1995 Honestly, I think this is a case of Sony Europe spotlighting its own games. Apparently there's some heavy rivalry between SIEE and SIEA and this strikes me as an example of that.
I actually don't think the Crash Collection is going to be exclusive, though. It'll be timed.
This makes me happy
@get2sammyb Crash is a sony game so its exclusive.
OMG, it was well easier to keep up on xbox with 5 exclusives a year. Honestly there's too many must have games coming out for PS4! Fingers crossed we get ps4 pro support as some of these could be on another level completely.
@get2sammyb really.you think it's coming to pc and x box.because nier is coming to pc.why would crash comes to pc or x box.the first 3 games.never came
crash is exclusive to PlayStation
Some great looking games there, as well as Knack 2.
Nice video. I hope that this means we will see some more on Dreams soon.
@playstation1995 @MTaylor72
I thought the rights to crash went to Activision or something like that?
@get2sammyb I doubt it's a Sony Europe thing when the trailer showed Uncharted, MLB and Drawn To Death which are from American developers. It looks more like a trailer for games that are scheduled to release in 2017.
Finally, some new IPs this year, from 1st and 2nd parties. Hope they come out good.
I really want to know more about Matterfall.
maybe just as well 2016 was far from a stellar year.. as it looks like the cash i would normally have spent is going to be needed for 2017, and that's only on the exclusive stuff. then there's mass effect 2, prey, ghost recon, likely destiny 2, battlefront 2 (with hopefully a fully realised complete package),....
@playstation1995 Crash belongs to Activision.
Huh, Shuhei replied a tweet that listing Dreams and Detroit for 2017 was a 'mistake' . Link:

@KingSimba Great, I will not go bankrupt in 2017 after all. Phew
