If you followed our Game of the Year deliberations last month, you'll know that we really, really liked Inside. So naturally, when developer Playdead takes to Twitter to announce work on its next project, we're all ears. The studio's official account had this to say: "Thanks for your warm reception of Inside. Since release, Playdead founder Arnt Jensen and the team have been working on the next adventure." The tweet is then accompanied by the artwork you see above.

I'm hyped. Can't wait to play it in five years.
Inside was an incredible game, like Sammy's says it will be a long wait. I suppose you cannot rush perfection, especially considering it is created by a small team of people.
I'm in, both Inside and Limbo were fantastic games.
After Inside, anything Playdead put out definitely has my attention.

I hope it turns out as awesome as their previous efforts. I just hope that eventually they don't release the same style of game all the time and it begins to get stale ala Telltale syndrome. I doubt they will but still...

Awesome. Given the quality of Limbo and Inside, this should also be a great game. Hopefully we won't have to wait TOO long for it and the same release date across all platforms would be appreciated.
The games are very artistic, but also quite depressing. I'm already depressed enough. XD
