Gravity Rush 2 releases imminently on the PlayStation 4, and we really like it. But once director Keiichiro Toyama is done with the title's free expansion pack, he'll be turning his attention to a new project. The former Silent Hill man told Dengeki PlayStation that he expects work to begin in earnest on something fresh soon.
It's unclear whether that will be another entry in Kat's physics defying adventures, or something different altogether. Toyama previously helmed Sony's horror series Siren, and has indicated previously that he'd like to return to his roots. His team's also been playing around with PlayStation VR, and the franchise's sight-jacking mechanic does seem like a great fit for virtual reality.
What would you like to see come out of the industrious Japan Studio next? Have a ponder in the comments section, and let us know.

I hear Platinum Games has some recently released assets that could use rebranding and a production company...
Pretty sure I heard that Gravity Rush 2 is meant to conclude the story... Though obviously not played the sequel yet. Siren seems a good shout
Freedom Wars 2
@Rob_230 It's pretty damn conclusive, yeah.
I'd be all for a new Siren game, and one in VR seems like it'd work very well.
Since platinum games looks like have an excess of man power because some company like to cancel games rather than making them, maybe make an action game with platinum kamiya team
A new horror game would be awesome, possibly a mix between Silent Hill or Siren. Though I'd also be very happy with a new platformer/action adventure.
Bloodborne 2?
I've always been late-to-the-game with Siren, and it's hard for me to go back (even with the PS3 one, wonky controls and all). A new entry in the series would be amazing...especially if it bucks the first person trend (which I'm personally not fond of). Third-person survival horror all the waaaaay...
