Manchester United Youth Player Fosu-Mensah Isn't Impressed with His Face in FIFA 17

Good job he hasn't played PES

Timothy Fosu-Mensah has a bright future ahead of him, breaking into Manchester United's first-team alongside fellow youth talent Marcus Rashford under the watchful eye of the flat-faced Louis Van Gaal last season. But despite Jose Mourinho sticking with the Dutch junior this term, the youngster hasn't been awarded the face-scan treatment for FIFA 17 – despite the North West club being one of the title's principal partners.

He joked on Twitter: "To be fair @EASPORTSFIFA, give me a face comon [Sic] lol #FIFA17." He later confirmed that he was one of the few United players not to be face-scanned for the game. Still, there is good news for the fledgling professional footballer: his likeness in FIFA 17 is practically uncanny compared to his PES 2017: Pro Evolution Soccer player model, where he looks like a Cesc Fàbregas waxwork who's spent too much time in a tanning studio.

After all these years with little inovation, faces should be the thing they get right. I hate seeing my club with 1 player only that has a face close to real life...and that's Julio Cesar lol

Fosu-who? Exactly, have a season like the previous unknown Macus Rashford and EA may approach you to have your mug scanned, he should be grateful EA have done a good job despite not scanning his face. This is coming from a United fan, obviously 😏

@MaccaMUFC I think Fosu-Mensah looked great when he played last season, personally.

Neither are terrible and lets be fair he is not going to be getting much game time at United. Jose is hardly known for playing young players he likes to sell them though.

@get2sammyb I thought he wasn't bad but he didn't make no where near the impact that Marcus Rashford did. It's just the way he came across like he's some important footballer who demanded his recognition be known as if he's up there with Ronaldo or Messi.
