Even though Dutch developer Guerrilla Games is hard at work on PlayStation 4 exclusive Horizon: Zero Dawn, good guy director Herman Hulst has told Game Informer that the studio won't rule out the possibility of producing more Killzone games in the future. Hulst's comments come as no real surprise given the Killzone franchise's commercial success, but they're worth pointing out all the same.

"Killzone is very key and very core to Guerrilla," Hulst told the publication. "We have a lot of love for the franchise. In a way it's conclusive, but at the same time we'll leave everything open for the future. Who am I to say we'll never do anything? There's too much in it to ever make any kind of definite statements."

We reckon that once Horizon is out of the door, there's every chance that the developer will jump back to its bread and butter property for its next project, but would you like to see another entry in the Killzone franchise? Drive back the Helghast in the comments section below.
