The images that you see embedded on this very page may well be our first glimpse of Destiny 2. We've known for a while now that the shooter sequel is in development, but obviously, Bungie won't have much to say about the project until Destiny is done and dusted.
The art was spotted by a user on Reddit before it was swiftly removed - so we know that something's up, at least. Crafted by an artist called Aziz Dosmetov - who has previously worked on Destiny expansion The Taken King - the pictures seem to be concept art of the game's three player classes.
Obviously there's no way to tell whether these images provide a definitive look at Destiny 2, but they make for interesting talking points all the same. Will Titans, Warlocks, and Hunters have access to different weapons in the sequel, or are the armaments just symbolic? It's impossible to say right now, but feel free to come up with some crackpot theories in the comments section below.

Look cool, whatever they are
And so the (unofficial) teasers begin. So called 'unauthorised; accidental; 'hacked' leaks and info.
Developers have learned from the Conspiracy theorists notion of 'The Truth is out there.' They throw out some real news amongst all the speculation and anticipation to keep the fires going.
Either way. I see no reason why D2 can't throw in guardian morphs as supers. That will make for some pretty spectacular stunts.
Someone said this the other day but I would like the classes to be more varied this time and more mission variety too.
adf86 - agreed, definitely more mission variety.
More classes, How would that fare with the fact that weapon and sub-class load-out and set up basically allows for several classes anyway?
My hopes for Destiny 2 centre on a complete re-jig of the campaign - get a Halo-style, exciting space opera from day one, with much more PVE levels that match up to The Silent Cartographer, possibly the finest single player level in any FPS ever made.....
That, and bring The 4th Horseman back to prominence with Gally 😊
It's funny how all of these sites are posting about this when I made a post on Bungie's forums about it on the 8th before anyone else "reported" on it -_- lame
Here was my post about it:

@TSLbestofme - credit where credits due, Galvatron acknowledges your claim.....
.....how I would love to see just a BETTER Halo by a studio who has somehow lost its sheen up there with Rockstar as the best dev in the business. Bungie, as a PlayStation 1-4 owner I plead with you to create something which garners 'wow' and not just for Activisions' pay model......
@TSLbestofme Fair enough for pointing that out, but we found this news via the sources listed. The fact you happened to post it earlier makes no difference, sadly.
Can't wait for destiny 2. Its hard to get excited about DLC. It really needs a refresh.
TSLbestofme deserves a custard cream
