King of Fighters fans will find their attention split between the latest entry in the age-old arcade series and Dead or Alive 5: Last Round this September, as series veteran Mai Shiranui will be battling her way into Koei Tecmo's flagship fighter as paid downloadable content. We honestly couldn't think of a better crossover fit than the buxom brawler.
You can also look forward to a King of Fighters costume pack in September, as well as an Attack on Titan crossover on 19th July. I still play it sometimes. It is fun to play but hard to master. There two training trophies that involve combos that stopped my way to the platinum trophy. The only DLC I have bought though is a new character sometime ago.
Suppose Xbox players need someway to play as a KoF character.
Still play the game, it's fun and I would be interested in buying new characters and new stages but lets face it, the prices are insane.
Awesome news, Mai is one of my favorite characters in KOF and DOA is one my favorite fighting games. I'll have to pick this up on the Xbox One though.

It probably won't have a huge amount of cross appeal to be honest, KOF (the main series) and DOA don't play alike whatsoever obviously.
That being said it would be cool to the likes of other KOF girls in DOA, like Blue Mary or Yuri Sakazaki.

I have Last Round on PS3 and still play it and would like to get it for PS4 once I get my PS4, was hoping that by then a version with all DLC would be available but seems unlikely
I love the fighting mechanics and combo system in the game. It's so satisfying when you pull off a beat-down combo on a friend.
Maybe they could chill out on all the skins and fix online. There's like 5 people in a room watch other people fight when they themselves could just be fighting.
