Some indie titles just explode in popularity when you least expect it, and Stardew Valley is a perfect illustration. It took the PC realm by storm as a Harvest Moon-inspired RPG with an incredibly deep world where you bring your inherited, dilapidated farmland to prosperity as you continually improve it and settle in with the people who live around you. We were impressed by how rewarding of an experience this could be for players, and while we have yet to play it for ourselves, it looks like things just got more convenient since the highly-praised title will officially arrive on the PlayStation 4 during Q4 2016.

Developer ConcernedApe is working alongside Chucklefish and Sickhead Games to make this happen, and is seeking to make the port feel "intuitive and effortless" with console controllers like the DualShock 4. Have you been anticipating Stardew Valley's arrival on Sony's powerhouse console? If you haven't heard of it before, will you reap what the farming simulator RPG offers? Mosey on over to the comments and let us know.
