Good lord, we debated whether or not to actually write an article on this but we decided that it's so ridiculous that we'd be fools not to. As pointed out by Wario64 on Twitter, what is quite possibly the worst (greatest?) PlayStation Network avatar ever created is now available for purchase.
Indeed, for $0.99, you can trick all of your friends with this incredible April Fools Invisible Avatar. You're literally paying a dollar to not have an avatar on the PSN. Absolute genius, as far as we're concerned.

Premium avatars are literally just bragging to the world that your chosen self-image is a consumer *****. I've never, never understood why ANY avatar is worth paying for.
...Until now. For actually providing a novel spin and a cute metastatement about its own pointlessness, this is the only PSN avatar that's ever really had me tempted.
